Hair dryer broken, shower curtain moldy, all base boards were water damaged and not repaired/painted, TV problem (had to get new batteries for remote), ice in the parking spots. Not a good experience. Would not recommend your Inn

The staff was so friendly and the property was clean! I had a super late check-in getting there at 12:30AM, even that late in the night they were very kind asking about how my drive was. I stayed here overnight to go to Sunrise Ski Park the next morning and it was in a great location. We were close to all different kinds of stores and restaurants. From this Quality Inn it was about a 45 minute drive to the Ski Resort. If I come back to visit Pinetop I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. This is the fourth hotel i have stayed at in the area and it was the best so far.

It was awful. Rooms were dirty. The bedding was dirty we had to purchase own bedding and towels for bad. We had no blow drier and when called down for one they stated they didn’t have one and would not get us one. Also floor was cut and tile was sharp and dangerous.

In the online pictures that advertise the amenities of the hotel it shows an eating area for breakfast - which also shows a complete hot breakfast buffet - waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. There was no such area and all we were offered was a grab bag with a breakfast burrito, muffin, and granola bar, and a juice. Definitely NOT what shows in their ad online!!

Overall, the hotel was very clean and the property was well upkept. The check in and out was super easy, and the in room fridge & microwave are always a plus, especially with being so close to some other mini marts, fast food, and restaurants. My only feedback is that the you can hear the upstairs units when people are walking, so if you sleep light or have difficulty falling asleep, you might hear your upstairs neighbors when they're moving around which might disturb you, but overall, not an issue for me.

Wished that it had better breakfast service and option as well as the gym. But other than that, overall alright.

RM 219 Refrigerator is Broken Does not cool. Reported it. Does not meet Choice Hotel Standards for Breakfast. I am surprised choice hotels allows the type of Breakfast they serve. I thought Choice Hotel had standards on this that Inns like this had to follow. The staff was nice, but needs training. Breakfast needs to meet Choice Hotel standards and compliance should be looked into.

Quiet and comfortable and nobody bothered us like our last hotel experience in Pinetop.
