On my arrival I was completely ignored while the counter associate was arguing with someone on her cell phone. I was not happy with the pool not being heated and the hot tub had WAY TO MUCH CLORINE BURNING EYES AND SINUSES. Two staff members argued at 8pm in front of my door and was threatened to beat the $#*t out of the other (one male threatening female) after feeling unsafe and disappointed in all aspects, we left the hotel a day early and checked into a different place.

No carpet throughout building, (although nice vinyl planks) but very noisy-'echo effect'-ie; voices, footsteps, etc. Did not like the absence of hair dryer, Kleenex and bath mat. comfortable bed.

Nice place. Covered pool, jacuzzi, big screen TV, and 30' drive to Sunrise Park Ski resort. All for under $100 per day. It would be great to have breakfast.

Decided to stay in the area last minute after skiing and Candace went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I (and my sore back) especially appreciated her willingness to open the jacuzzi after hours. Clean room, convenient location, would stay again.

Overnight stay and did not get to check ot amenities. Room was Great! Clean and roomy! Would recommend a 2nd chair in the rooms though.

The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was quiet. When you’re on a ski trip, that’s all you ask for.

The property itself was not bad. Everything was clean. The biggest issue was that the employees didn’t know how to handle roudy and rude occupants that were also staying there. It was two nights of super loud noise during the middle of the night and kids were running around the hallways super early in the morning (4am).

We loved our 3 queen room! As a family of 5, it’s hard to find rooms that fit us all comfortably. Great front desk service!

The staff are the best. Always making you feel special and that you have the best stay possible. The TV in our room seems to have a bad speaker and we lost connection a couple of times. The hot tub is always been clean and in full working order. Didn't use the pool but some kids sure had some fun. Enjoyable stay.
