When you first walk in you think the beds dont look comfortable, but they actually are. Front staff was very nice, easy check in.

I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and it smelled so good, it was safe and quiet.

Nice location and clean room. Still saw 2 roaches in the room which surprised me since it was clean.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Other guests were loud and sound traveled easily from both outside and when the showers started up the next morning. I didn't really get any sleep and unfortunately although it was a smoke-free room, the linens and rooms smelled of smoke. There were guests smoking outside and barrels that implied plenty of smoking occurred on the property. I don't mind what people do, but a smoke-free room should not have linens smelling of smoke even if they have been washed. Maybe make one side smoking and the other side non-smoking. My best guess is it is intermingled and therefore not really smoke-free.

An easy to find location with a restaurant located in the adjoining room of the building makes it so very convenient for travelers to get to know the local people and enjoy their evening meal. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and pleasant to guests who stay. This is my go to hotel whenever I’m coming back home to visit family and friends. A city that is built within a crater is a bucket list destination that one must visit.

This was a nice place to stay. The Mexican restaurant on the property was very good. The staff were exceptional. The place could use a little updating, but clean and comfortable are all I need when passing through. Good value.

This by far was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a really long time. Last year I stayed here but was in a remodeled room and it wasn't so bad. This time i was put in a smoking room. (who has smoking rooms?) and it was quite the experience. It's basically a glorified crack shack. People were up all night in neighboring rooms partying and there were guys working on cars and drinking all over the parking lot. Felt very unsafe just walking to your room. In the am my ac unit switched to heat and made the room up into the 80's. I had to check out due to it being so hot. I told the front desk and they just said they would have someone look into it.

The staff is really friendly, the room was very clean, and it was safe.

Spontaneous stop, needed a place to stay, was a great choice. Friendly staff. Room was good too.
