Excellent view of Piadao from our room! Easy to walk to/from the village. Surrounded by beautiful scenery!

Beautiful location

Amazing location just above the beautiful Piodão Village in the middle of the mountain. Unfortunately my room was on the ground floor with a view for the car parking which was terrible...my room was ok but needs to be renovated and the toilet ,which is big has a bathtub with goes from one side to the other and makes it really complicated to get my self inside/outside and i am sure my mother wouldnt be able to have a shower here... i could hear all the huge noise from the room beside me in the evening, 2 young Spanish guests shouting and laughing as it was nothing so i complained to the recepção on duty but unfortunately nothing changed... Terrible wifi... Very nice breakfast! As mentioned before the location is amazing and its actually the only hotel in the area so... Just ask for a better view and if you are lucky with next door guests you will enjoy it !

We were given the wrong room type but once I asked about the city view, the front desk was quick to change our room to the correct type. It was a big room but no kettle or cups in the room. Be careful when getting out of your car as we had a close encounter with a coyote. It was fine but a bit scary. Lots of variety at breakfast. It’s worth the upgrade to pay for the city view!

Inatel is well situated... it has a fantastic view of the village of Piodao and its lobby is open and spacious. The room I stayed at was big but I could see some maintenance work needed to be done. But that didn’t detract from my wonderful stay. I was out all day anyway and needed the room to shower and sleep. The buffet breakfast was included with the room so I was happy with that. Simple pleasures!

Very good hotel in an amazing place.

A melhor opção que poderia ter feito após uma difícil travessia da serra do Açor. Muito confortável e limpo e com atendimento muito simpático, na recepção, pequeno-almoço e bar. Só não dou avaliação 5 porque sendo um hotel de 4* deveria ter alguns pormenores de melhor qualidade.

Foi a 3a vez que lá estivemos e para nós é o melhor Inatel do país: confortável, acolhedor, tem o numero certo de quartos, localizado num sítio lindíssimo, os colaboradores são extremamente simpáticos, disponíveis e profissionais. Sentimo-nos em casa. As refeições são excelentes, quer em quantidade equalidade. Os funcionários fazem a reposição sempre que é pedido. Sugestão de melhoramento: fazer um "refresh" nos WC e quartos, pois existe algum mofo e rachadelas, obviamente derivadas da idade do edifício. Espero lá voltar novamente!

Bel hôtel très propre. Personnel courtois. Bien situé: village historique de Piódão accessible à pied 😊
