This is the most unpleasant accommodation experience I've ever had. My check-in time was scheduled for 15:30, but the landlord kept me waiting for at least half hour outside and the stay with no reception. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned before our arrival. The bunk bed room didn't even have an inside bathroom; we had to use the one in the hallway and lock it with a key, which may caused some noise. On the second day, the landlord accused us of being noisy and disturbing others without even knocking on the door, although we were simply using the air conditioner and taking a shower. It's worth mentioning that she displayed ****** behavior. When we checked out, the landlord went as far as making offensive and discriminatory comments, and even refused to allow us to use the elevator.

The landlady is super nice. The room I stayed was equipped with a private bathroom and both where clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and the temperature inside the room was cool enough: didn't have to turn on air conditioning. I stayed only for two nights as I was travelling for business reasons. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Nice very clean functional place at a great price. Fridge/Freezer and Microwave available. Well maintained. Pleasant and attentive host. Very close to an old aquaduct which you can follow into town. Would use again.
Downside is distance from the main part of Pisa.

La signora Maria è molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha aspettati nonostante il ritardo e consigliato locali e luoghi d’interesse. La camera è molto pulita e comoda sia per ospitare adulti che bambini. È un po’ distante dal centro ma comunque raggiungibile in tempi brevi. Avremmo dato un voto in più se la nostra camera avesse avuto il bagno interno… Uscire per lavarsi e fare pipì la notte ( con una bimba piccola) in mezzo al corridoio comune non è molto piacevole…
