Decent location with a nice room. Second and last time to stay here. The management is local and the rules are predatory. They have 30 minute check in policy where if you don’t let them know there is a problem in 30 minutes it doesn’t exist. WiFi didn’t work on either of my two stays and I was not given maid service in either stay. I did get a little ink in a pillow case and I was charged $50 after checkout.

Absolutely Amazing! Had everything we needed! Already booked another stay! Brisa thank you for making my trip home carefree, looking forward to staying with you again.

Beautiful location and interior. Surprisingly quiet. We went through *******, who did not pass along that we had 6 people, so they didn't have a bed ready for the last two people. They made it sound like our fault but got a pullout couch. They said they had only couch pillows and all pillow cases were in the laundry and we should expect more than that. Not such great customer service. Beware of the Wifi instructions; they had a mis-spelling.

Kiyla is the best helped us before the stay and during. We left some water bottles and they even tried to catch us before we got too far but we decided not to go back for them. Thanks guys!

2 bedroom suite, large with kitchen. Clean, nice. Excellent view of beach from balcony. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping

Nice, with a great view of the ocean! Bertha was really sweet and helpful! The property was clean, but you can tell that the previous guests haven’t always taken pride in taking care of it, as there was obvious wear and tear…holes in some walls and some scrapes. Also, the couch needed to be spot cleaned really badly and our bedspread had some really bad stains in it, and could use a good bleaching. These are things that are easily fixable by management, and are things that as a paying customer, I will definitely write a review about. You can tell that at one point, this place used to be really really nice. Overall, my kids had a great time, which is all that really matters!

This property grounds were beautiful with tons of local flowers and wildlife. Excellent location right next to beach, convenient shopping, and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. They provided an excellent, peaceful environment and were able to help us with any questions or concerns that we had. We will absolutely be back to visit again.

They evidently changed management. They insisted I pay again because they werent getting the money from *******. They harrassed me for payment instead of accepting ownership of their own issue.
