ハイアット・バケーション・クラブ・アット・ノーススター・ロッジ、レイクタホ(Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge)

Modern and recently updated. Clean units and well equipped. Disliked that front desk tried to signed me up for a vacation club open house and sell other promotion package right after checking in after driving 5 hours.

Very convenient. Free parking, coffeeshops and dining are very accessble, you can just walk in the village or drive 30mins in truckee downtown. Friendly staff too. This is my second time here and will come back for more

Pros: beautiful property, close to shops & small restaurants. Beautiful in the winter season. Cons: check out at 10am and didn’t allow for late check out even if our stay was off season (11/10) and barely any cars in the parking lot, $20 additional car parking, will talk you into signing up for vacation rental sales, small parking spaces. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, nice space, beautiful bathroom suite. Kitchen stocked with dining sets, pots & pans, etc. They’ve got the basics covered.

This property is Beautiful and the room was very nice. However, I am disabled and using a Walker now. I requested a room for disabled and the walk to the room was Horrific for me. We were on the 3rd floor and were Not told about underground parking. I had to walk So Far then to The Very last room at the end of the Hall. The room temp was 76* and we called the front desk for help. We were told that an engineer had to set our thermostat properly, and if we couldn’t wait, they would fix it in the morning. We waited, the “engineer” came to our room and set it to 68*. This Hotel Néeds to take care of Simple requests without arguing or threatening that if we leave, our room temp will continue to climb until the morning, when the “engineer” could set our Thermostat. We found out that a person was to accompany us to the room and show us how to set the complex thermostat and other feature’s. Bad Service, zero attention to my current status of disability. Rude front desk staff. We later found out that the parking garage, that is Not marked clearly, would have saved me any extremely painfully very long walk to our room. An extremely early checkout time of 10am!!?

Rooms not cleaned during stay. Rooms are worn, stained couch and scuffed up furniture. Bathroom could use a refresh.

It was absolutely beautiful. I was amazed at the size of the room. Front desk & concierge was very friendly.

The Northstar Village is laid out to serve people of all interests. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We're recommending the Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge to our closest family and friends.

Hyatt Vacation club is a amazing place to relax. I was there for a week with my family members and we had great time. Apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Underground parking is a bonus and the area is walkable to the stores, restaurants, gondola and theater. It is about close to Truckee and Lake Tahoe area. Can't wait to visit again.
