Overall experience was great. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. Nice reception area and breakfast. Only issue was room service did not make up our room and claimed the door was latched shut, which is impossible since we were gone all day long and wouldnt have been able to get back in ourselves if this was truly the case.

Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Great place to stay

After months tracked, harassed, attempted harmed in other locale… I found this place to be acceptable but questionable. I have minimal fear of much… but there is a soundful feeling of sadness and weird on the 4th floor. Also to heavy on concern of my next stay was weary as I left this toggled from me to metaverse.. only ever seeking better for humanity… Sadly… I was not fed the same.

This is my go to property when in Indy. I only know if you must stay in Indy this to will be your go to place to stay when you visit.

We have stayed at this hotel Many times before an early flight. This is the first time we left late enough to utilize the breakfast. It was your standard hotel breakfast, but this one came with a show. The girl working it was making out with her boyfriend right in front of the drink station. My concern was at check in. My daughter got there before I did and just told the girl working the desk that she was my daughter (she has a different last name). The girl let her check into both of the rooms I had reserved in my name. I feel like this hotel has gone downhill a bit with its new owners/name.

Took a risk staying at a place I'd never heard of (I am usually a loyal Hilton member), but am pleased to say that EVERY aspect of our 5-day stay was pleasant and impressive. The hotel is close to the airport, is surrounded by several dining options, is right off the interstate (yet still very quiet), and the front desk & housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, new and clean. The hvac worked well, the toiletries smelled wonderful, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable (at par or ABOVE the famous Hampton Inn beds we're so used to), the halls were quiet, parking was open & simple, the price was unbeatable, breakfast was nice, the coffee was great, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. This will definitely be our go-to lodging when visiting Indy again.

Newly renamed hotel (was Best Western plus) still provides as good (or better) service and amenities. Hotel is fairly new (under 10 years old) and well kept up. Rooms are very nice and spacious, hotel has a modern boutique feel about it, at a great rate! My only "complaint" is the breakfast could be a little better/offer a bit more variety. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Indianapolis

For a one night stay, it’ll do. It’s not too far from clean, but if you are a stickler for hotel dirt (like I am), I wouldn’t recommend. Bed was comfortable I’ll give them that. Seems to be an old hotel chain that closed and now “Sonesta” took over. Not too far of a drive to downtown so it was good for the big 10 championship. Stay was average and the staff were decent, the hotel just isn’t it. Got what I paid for that’s for sure.
