Arrived on a Friday afternoon, was informed after we checked in that the elevator was out of service, this property should have informed us of this before check in, they intentionally checked us in then informed us after we had checked in, this is bad business! I feel they should have hire someone one to help guest with rhier luggage. The elevator was out from Friday to the following Tuesday this is unacceptable. Marriott should take thier name off this hotel because they are a bad representation of the Marriott Brand. It's more of a Motel 6 category. Waste of my money for sure!

The Only Elevator and the Ice Machine on the 4th Floor were out of order. The Breakfast was adequate. This hotel does NOT live up to the standards of a Marriott Hotel.

Arrived to check in Friday, April 24, 2026. Desk clerk said we have a little problem----the elevator is not operating your room is on the 4th floor. Clerk said elevator was out for two days so far however, upon researching more recent reviews truth was elevator was out since April 11 or 13 there was time to notify us of the fact and give us an option . may not have been an issue but the fact is when we made the reservation for a handicap room due to severe osteoarthritis in my knees -. No for warning just we don't have a handicap room on first floor available No offer to help us find another place and now we are past refundable time. We were offered a 2 queen bed room for same price after 6 hours in a car and a Friday evening and having to be someplace else right after check we accepted reluctantly.. The room was unable to be controlled comfortably it was either too hot or too cold,. The water had to run no lie 5 minutes to warm up. The toilet was THE LOWEST I've ever seen and the toilet seat itself was loose and moved all over. Again not conducive for my knees. Continental Breakfast was acceptable could have been warmer as it was chilly out and it was cold in dining area. When I made the reservations I read reviews saw nothing alarming until it was.Reservation was made March 7 elevator out April 11. Poor Business all around. Sidewalks outside all chopped up and poorly patched

Property was clean and pretty well maintained. The only issue I had was that get the elevator was not working and we had to use room on first floor. In addition to that it didn’t seem like any work was being done to remedy the elevator situation.

It was very spacious, clean initially . Beds were comfortable . Breakfast was awesome . We were there over 2 days and the room was never cleaned , towels not changed , trash not thrown in our room , beds not made , etc The bathtub was VERY SLIPPERY . I almost fell except for the handicapped bars in the tub . The staff was kind but sleepy .

So went we got there it was the last room available and that’s ok, they told us there were no elevator cuz it was out of service, ok but they give us the four floor, I was with my 2 kids my stroller and my bags, we asking why? And she said idk it just out of order. ( next morning we saw the cleaning cure using the elevator). We got to the room the door was stuck, the television wasn’t working, the WiFi was down, we literally could watch nothing on the tv. When I call to ask what was happening with the WiFi she said idk, I think they working on the line” but with a rude attitude. We only have 2 towels. It was hard the going up to the stairs but it was a good time with my family. Even of everything my kids did like the pool. I think that was the only good thing about it.

Breakfast was excellent, beds were good and clean room. Elevator was not working, we have to use stairs all time, the room door lock was failing all time, shower temp control was difficult. Not the best experience.

Great breakfast, service was great and the room was clean with great amenities. The only issue was the TV. Couldn't log into the app because of wifi connection issues and the tv screen had color tone issues. The screen looked like the tv was hit with or dropped
