The hotel canceled my reservation and then charged a no-show fee, leaving me sleeping in my car. This is poor customer service.

I would rate a business based on return business or not, this one will not earn my business again. No blankets, no light bulbs, refrigerator not working, cleanliness is 5 from a scale 1-10, back door access not secure & can access w/o needing of room key, parking lot in the back has people hanging around all night outside & in their vehicles, upstairs is noisy make difficult to sleep, felt unsafe to go out at night to one's vehicle in the back...etc. The receptionist said there are people lived there for up to 5 years, and the thumbing noise upstairs may be from partying. Ask for blankets & lightbulbs to use, front desk has none. Need some serious updating the place & staff need trained in customer service. W/O customer service, all business will go to the can.

Roaches, dirty room, only give towels out on Monday and Friday. If you want any housekeeping, you have to come down to the front desk and get the broom yourself! Housekeeping only cleans the empty rooms, they don’t ask if you need anything. Breakfast is a joke, they don’t keep the 3 items stocked so once they are gone, you are out of luck. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

Beware, roaches in the room and everywhere. Literary no breakfast provided.Staff is friendly,good and Helpless.

Don’t say you’re dog-friendly, yet complain when someone brings dogs and they bark. That’s what dogs do!

Horrible customer service. Front desk very rude. Not willing to provide clean towels. Staff at front desk overnight have no clue and no authority to do anything. Floor vinyl ripped and shower curtain bar would give away any minute. Back door entrance handle broken.

First of all, we wanted to mention that the staff did everything they could to make our stay better. Unfortunately the owners/management of the hotel didn’t give them enough to work with. While the hotel is basically clean, our room looked pretty beat up and had a lot of problems: (1) lots of dings and dents on doors, cabinets and furniture (see pics); (2) there were bugs and roaches running around; (3) and worst of all, a leak under the kitchen sink that had been going on so long it warped the cabinet under the sink and provided a nasty smell. When we had the hotel maintenance man take a look, he said the drain had never been installed properly so had been leaking obviously for months. We couldn’t believe no one else had noticed this before. We selected this hotel based on a booking site (Agoda) and we put in that we needed a breakfast Buffett. Unfortunately their idea of breakfast is a few muffins wrapped in cellophane along with a few breakfast bars. When we asked, the staff said it was because of “Covid”. That’s interesting because we’ve visited at least 5 other hotels in the last 3 months and they ALL have normal breakfast buffets now - this reeks of a cop out by Extended Stay. As we mentioned the staff did everything they could to overcome the problems and were very courteous. Unfortunately the owner/operator if this property apparently don’t share that same concern. This property needs help !

ALERT RECOMMEND - AVOID STAYING HERE!! Recommend spending a few more Dollars to go somewhere else! DEF Not what I was Expecting, WILL ALWAYS Read Reviews from Now on. As Everyone else mentioned, hallways smelled Bad and So did the Room. The Top Lock was BROKEN, Felt Unsafe. Room was FILLED w Cockroaches (Big and Small ones). They were All over the Walls, cabinets, Counters, Fridge, even the Ceiling!! After walking into the room, Read other reviews they Won’t Refund money, so didn’t even try! SUPER Discussed and Uncomfortable All Night, my Daughter Even wanted to sleep in the car. Even w it’s being 98 degrees at 10pm. The TV didn’t work, kept going on and Off. The Toilet didn’t work, water kept Running ALL Night. ONLY thing that worked was the AC.

Showed up at 3:05pm to check in. Waited at the empty front desk until 3:45 until an employee finally showed up. When we got our room keys, the found that the room was cleaned but there were actual boogers stuck on the kitchen wall, mold growing in the bathroom, and that our door lock was broken. Would not recommend to anyone
