This review is late, but it needs done! The hotel 100% matches it’s online presence, the pics are so accurate. It is absolutely breathtaking, a wonderful break for couples. The staff are amazing, friendly and could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back again! Thanks Contessina!

Amazing just amazing, on arrival the staff welcomed us with a glass of champagne and nibbles. The hotel staff were incredible, we stayed in a beautiful suite with our own pool which was amazing! Overall I will give this hotel 5stars and especially with the customer service too, thank you.

Stayed here in August for a holiday to remember! We were celebrating an anniversary which the hotel made a fuss over us for, and then the reception went and help my fiancé plan the proposal!! We left engaged and they gave us more gifts!! The lunch is really nice as well (the hot dog is huge), and there’s some comments about it being pricey, and I do agree with that. We would have spent a bit more time in the hotel if things were a little cheaper. Big hello to Helen in the restaurant, and Sarah at the front (I promised I’d do a review, sorry it’s late!) The room we were in was beautifully decorated, but missing some storage place for the suitcases as ours didn’t find under the table. Some small things that didn’t put a damp on the holiday at all though - the STAFF absolutely shine through every step of the way. Planning a return for the honeymoon!

We had the most incredible stay at the Suites and Spa. Right from the second we arrived until we left it was pure luxury and every single member of staff made us feel special. The hotel was spotlessly clean, food was outstanding and as mentioned, the staff were incredible. Most notably, Eleni, restaurant manager, Maria, customer relations and waitresses, Anna and Maria. I actually cried saying goodbye to these gorgeous women on the last day. Always friendly, smiling and helpful. You're all a total credit to the company!!! I can't recommend the Suites and Spa highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff were amazing and the hotel is a little oasis of tranquility. All the food is fantastic both in the restaurant buffet, the pool bar at lunch and also the roof terrace tasting menu. There is a good selection of local wines as well as amazing cocktails. We were in a room with a jacuzzi which was perfect as well as being huge. The pool area is also fantastic and we would love to come back here at some point. There is not too much around the hotel that we saw, but we did a lovely boat trip one day and went down to the beach, but we much preffered sitting by the pool.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon. It was a fantastic stay from beginning to end. The staff were so welcoming from the minute we entered the hotel. They took our luggage to the room for us and gave us some welcome drinks, snacks and a cold flannel to keep us cool. The room was incredible, very clean and had everything we needed such as a safe, iron, (good quality) hair dryer etc. We had a junior suit room with a private pool and sun bed. It was amazing to have our own private space. For breakfast there is a large section of cold foods, cooked foods, cereal, bread, sweet and savoury, along with a selection of juices. Water is free at breakfast and you can have unlimited hot drinks. Throughout the day as we were half board we could order drinks and even bar food from our sun lounger, using their app. We had no problems with the app at all, everything ran smoothly. To keep tabs on your running bill you have to sign a receipt each time and this worked well for us. During the day you have the freedom to sunbathe around the pool or go exploring. We spent most of our time at the hotel but the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. We also hired a quad bike for the day which was so much fun. In the evening the food was spectacular every single night. A lovely selection but not overwhelming, quality over quantity but still so much to choose from. Every night there was plenty of fish, meat, salads, starters, bread, soup, desserts and fresh fruit. Our only criticism would be that you have to pay for water with your evening meal, but not for breakfast. Each night during dinner there was a different music entertainer, such as, sax, DJ, Greek music, piano, guitar etc. It was lovely and really made the evenings feel extra special. Visiting the spa is an absolute MUST! We had the 70 min full body massage and 2x facials over the duration of our stay. It was the best massage I have ever had. The spa staff make you feel at ease and the spa itself is incredibly clean and relaxing. A very professional experience from start to finish. Each day you receive free water in your room and in the evening they do a turn down service with fresh towels, bin changes and a little sweet treat for the evening. Little touches like this are what makes this hotel so amazing. During the day around the pool, there are several little things to look forward to, such as a complimentary 2 minute shoulder massage from the spa staff, a little snack such as melon or bread with cheese and tomato etc, a cold flannel to keep warm and / or a sample of smoothie or cold drink. Each day was different which was nice. Finally, we absolutely cannot complete this review without mentioning the most important part…the staff. Every single member of staff was always polite and had a smile on their face. They were all busy working very hard at every single given moment. Not once did we see anyone doing nothing, being unprofessional etc. They felt like actual friends an

Having seen the hotel’s instagram page I was slightly worried that we would be too saggy and middle-aged to be welcomed here, How wrong I was!! It was like being welcomed home.. From the moment we arrived Dionysius set the standard for the service we would receive. Nothing was too much trouble for him or Maria on reception. Our room, 328, overlooked the pool and was gorgeous…comfy bed, huge shower, and fresh towels and water every day. Breakfast was run beautifully by Eleni, this woman is a swan, gliding elegantly around the restaurant completely unruffled by anything going on, but you know beneath the surface she is peddling furiously…the ultimate professional. Special thanks to Giota for helping me with my Greek every day!!! The days we spent around the pool were glorious, luxurious sun loungers, beautifully clean pool and as it’s adults only, no children! I used the spa for a full body massage, and can highly recommend it. We ate twice in the sister hotel and once in the rooftop restaurant, and as the staff go between the two sites it was lovely to experience the same level of service in both. And the food was DIVINE,. This was just the best holiday we could have wished for and we genuinely did not want to leave…this hotel knows what it’s doing and it’s doing it in style! WE WILL BE BACK XX
