ハンプトン イン フォート ローダデール - プランテーション(Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation)

The front desk staff were nice and polite. The property was clean and presentable. Room was clean and and television was working perfectly. I have been getting hotels where either the internet was down or television was inoperable.

The property was average, rather worn and in need of an overhaul. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a terrible experience. Merita the representative at the front desks was professional and amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately merita was only there when we checked in, she is a great representative for the Hilton brand. David the shuttle bus driver was great, very friendly and professional. The remainder of the service we received was not Hilton standard. The night front desk person was not the same, I had to interrupt her person phone call and TV watching to ask her questions. It was obvious that it annoyed her. The rooms and the hallways were dirty. There were stains on our sheets and comforters. We contacted the front desk to have someone came and change the sheets. We were made to feel like we were complaining and that they didn’t want to change the sheets/ comforter but reluctantly did. There was no apology for dirty sheets/ comforter. The rooms are only cleaned every second day and it’s shows. I had to buy cleaner, to clean the tub and floor in the bathroom. We were constantly asking for extra towels and made to feel like we were an inconvenience. It was not a comfortable stay. We didn't say anything because we were there for two days and it was already uncomfortable for the few things we ask. I didn’t want to spend the last two days of my vacation looking for somewhere else to stay. Unlikely that I will return.

Check in went fine in the afternoon. However, the next morning about 7 a.m. there was no hot water in the shower or sink . My husband heated water through the coffee maker to have enough to shave. About an hour later, there was enough lukewarm water for my husband to take a bath, but not enough to shower.

Staff was super helpful, especially Malcolm (MJ). I'm serious when I say he would be my reason to stay at this location again and again. The downside is that there is no shuttle service to and from Port Everglades even tho' there seemed a lot of guests that are cruisers. Also I wish their airport shuttle would start at 5am instead of 8am. Might I suggest shuttle to Port Everglades can be extra charge a minimal fee cover just above cost would be acceptable. This would be a great courtesy.

Transportation to Port Everglades was prompt and on scheduled. Shuttle from the airport we were waiting for well over an hour and almost missed getting something to eat at a nearby restaurant by 9 minutes before closing!!!.

AC was too cold!! Staff was great. Free shuttle and breakfast was a plus. Beds comfortable. Quiet area and walkable to mall/stores. I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was good. TV in the room has regular cable channels no access to Netflix or any streaming service. Bed was comfortable. Felt the price could have been a little better. Overall a good place for an overnight stay.

Our recent stay at this property was good.The majority of staff were friendly.The gentleman who check us in was not to friendly.But Amarita the lady who check us out was very friendly.She made us feel like staying there again.We had a late flight and needed a later checkout and she made it happen.
