Y ayant séjourné il y a deux ans la crise est vraiment passée par la surtout au niveau restauration . L’hôtel accueil 80 % de tourismes Allemand qui mange saucisses lard œufs fayots sauce tomate ect au petit déjeuné et qui ne sont pas présent au déjeuné qui lui ressemble a un repas de cantine vraiment moyen, plats sans cesse recycles déserts sur 15 jours toujours les mêmes gâteaux et tartes servis encore congelés crème dessert au nombre de 6 ou 8 pour 300 personnes. le soupé n'est pas mieux . Je ne conseil vraiment pas a fuir même a moins d'aimer la nouriture bas de gamme et repetitive

We booked this last minute for some much needed winter sun. Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was lovely and large and very clean. We were in room 504 which was on the ground floor with a large patio and stunning views towards Fuerteventura. There were 2 large pools and a baby pool. The smaller of the 2 pools was heated and pleasant to use. The other one was unheated and freezing. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, but as it was the beginning of January it was pretty quiet, We were extremely lucky with the weather. It was hot and sunny all day with average temperatures off about 22/23 degrees. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of choice of food. The food was tasty but not enough choice and variety. We ate out 1 night as it was my birthday at Mamma Rossa on the seafront. It was amazing and I highly recommend it. We walked here which took around 30 mins and then took a taxi back which was €5 There is an excellent local bus service that runs every 30 mins and costs a flat fare of €1.40. Ideal for going to Marina Rubicón which is well worth a visit. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend the Alyssa Suites and can’t wait to return.

Very clean complex. Staff good. Rooms excellent. Sea views from some. Pools and bar good. Restaurant !!. Breakfast very good. Lunch inadeqauate better off with burger or toastie from pool bar. Evening meal no better. Would have expected better from four star. Plenty of choice but not good. Hot food section poor. Having said that the veiws from outside terrace brilliant.

We chose Labranda because we were looking for accommodation with a private patio with a table & chairs and sunbeds. We don`t enjoy the traditional 'everyone round the pool' experience so Labranda was ideal for our needs. The rooms are very well appointed and the outside space is excellent. Safes are free to use. The layout of the hotel is good and grounds are very attractive. We didn`t use the pools but they seemed to be clean and well maintained. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about 30 minutes walking from the centre but the local bus runs in front of the hotel and is very easy to use, We found the bed rather firm and the english TV channels were unavailable. We went on half-board basis as we didn`t want lunches or a great deal to drink. On 3 (out of 7) occasions the restaurant staff didn`t offer us the wine list so we went without - not a big issue for us but some might be unhappy. The salad offering and the deserts are very good but the main dishes can be very hot and miss. Its a small hotel so not unexpected but a little more thought on the menu would really help. Would we visit Labranda again ? - I'd go back tomorrow if I could!

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean in all areas and the food choices were fantastic. Swimming pool and other facilities were great. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend the Alyssa Suites to everyone.

What a wonderful hotel , spotlessly clean , rooms are like little studios with great balconies if you don't want pool area , that had loads of sunbeds . Lovely bar for evening and day time drinks , entertainment is OK just a pub singer , Elizabeth the animation girl was lovely . Food wise the best I have had in an all inclusive . Will defiantly return Hotel is a bit out of the way but 4 to 5 euros in a taxi takes you to town . Walking is great to a climb up the volcano behind is a must for views. Staff are great all pleasant and helpful

The hotel is beautiful, the whole area is well kept and super clean, the facility is a quiet oasis for a relaxing holiday. The staff is friendly and helpful, Elizabeth is a great addition to the hotel, she makes sure that everyone is enjoying the activities, the aqua aerobics and the quiz show were so much fun. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nice hotel very clean and friendly just facilities and entertainment are as bad as you can get food is basic pool area is good plenty of sunbeds

We were pleased overall and this was our second visit in 4 months, but we were disappointed to be fobbed off by the chap on reception telling us all the Hotels had a problem with TV not using g English language, we’ve stayed at 4 different hotels in playa Blanca over the last 12 months and they all had English TV!! The rooms are clean the staff are friendly nice hotel in all aspects
