Hotel very tidy Rooms nice bed very comfy free mini bar until refilled and safety deposit box free Food was really good different every night we was half board but I would stop here again the only thing I can say negative is it’s getting ready for a referb but apart from that’s outstanding staff very helpful

This was a group holiday with 7 other friends. We arrived to friendly welcoming from the reception staff, it was quick and very professional so a very good start Rooms were clean, modern and very spacious with a good size balcony A big shout out to one of the cleaners called Susan. one of our party was poorly and stayed in her room for a few days, Susan was very caring and helpful always asking if she was ok couldn’t do enough to help. Well done and thank you Roof top terrace, brilliant had most days up there Food really good, there was 8 of us with different dietary requirements and there was always something for all of us, again staff friendly Used the Spa which was great the only fault was there was only 2 sun beds, may be put more in Overall fantastic hotel, staff friendly, nice selection of good food, hotel room clean and spacious. All 8 of us enjoyed it so much we will be back same time next year.

Great Hotel and had no issues at all during our stay. Parts of the hotel could do with a lick of paint, new carpet in corridors. Maids cleaned the rooms daily, even coming back later in the day if the do not disturb was on the door. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. It was our sons birthday while we were there and they put balloons, lollies and cava in our room which was a lovely surprise! The entertainment team also sang Happy Birthday at the mini disco. We didn't have any issues getting a sunbed even when we didn't get up early, the beds straight onto the pool were usually taken but it's very loud round the pool and sitting there you were likely to get wet, the pool was full of inflatables, it's was a little chilly but fine once you were in, the other pools were absolutely freezing so were empty most of the time. Some water aerobics and pool games were played daily. Bingo was OK but took forever and got boring. You help yourself to drinks/ alcohol which was good because no queueing or asking for them. Great selection on the all inclusive ice cream including rocket lollies, something like a magnum and cornettos. Pool snacks were fine, chips, toasties, hot dogs and various different sausages and spring rolls on different days. The restaurant was great everyday, so much to choose from.. we didn't have any issues with food at all. Entertainment was OK, the usual kids disco which they seemed to enjoy, the acts displayed everyday were different to what was on but we see a great drag show, some magic, dancers, singers. We would definitely go back to this hotel, no issues at all and the weather was amazing!! It's in a great location, there is a supermarket next door, we walked to the beach down the road and to the beach at Los Cristianos, the Monkey Park is definitely worth a visit and we walked to Adeje to watch football at the Sky Bar which is also a favourite of ours!

The Hotel was amazing the food was great the Entertainment was Fantastic had a really great time the staff made me and my Family feel welcome would love to come back someday in the Future hopefully for 2 weeks lol Best Holiday at Best Tenerife

EITHER SORT THE ACOUSTICS OUT OR KEEP THE VOLUME LOWER!!! Bad points… - the people that do the kids entertainment are FAR to loud throughout the day trying to relax by the pool the male is to loud trying to get everyone to join in his games, in the evening he has so awareness of his own voice! Screaming “ARE YOU READY” down the mic every 5 minutes to the kids it’s just not fun to listen to when you’re trying to relax in your room… the entertainment after starting 9pm till 11pm …. Again is far to loud the speakers point up to the rooms and there is No chance of you getting any sleep which is really annoying when you have to catch an early flight … having to put headphones on is something we shouldn’t have to do & that’s coming from a couple in their 20s we complained several times and weren’t the only ones sick of the loud music.. For that reason we won’t be coming again as regular Tenerife visitors.. it’s the only place we’ve stayed that has ridiculously loud entertainment. Very unnecessary and frustrating. - pool is freezing even though said it’s heated… - And the ‘jacuzzis’ on the roof terrace are also more like a plunge pool…. FREEZING Good points - people complain about the food but from someone as fussy as we are, the food wasn’t actually that bad! - very clean and updated, our room is really nice overlooking the pool ( it looks nice unless you like your sleep!) - great location - friendly staff - Siam bus stop is right outside - nice pool area & rooftop Other then the bad stuff ( that I seriously think you need to consider) it’s great

The best hotel for location and value in playa de las Americas. The food is always good and the staff are fab, been here many times and will continue to do so. There’s not many hotels where if your half board (which I recommend at this hotel ) you can change your evening meal to a lunch as long as you let reception know the night before. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is 500m. All the buses stop here even the free bus to Siam Park/Mall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
