Highly recommend!! We came for our friends 50th birthday staff are amazing so much fun friendly and professional. Food fabulous for everyone great choice for all I’m a veggie and found myself going up more than once! Our apartment was spacious beds comfortable clean everything you would want in a holiday. Special thanks to Vanessa Fatima Sonia Raoul Andreana Stephanie and all the lovely bar staff. Can’t wait to come back (villa 01)

We had a brilliant stay here with our 1 year old child. The hotel is perfect for families with a lovely pool area, kids club and daily activities. Stefany in particular was fantastic with our baby. We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are as advertised, ideal for a small family and spotless. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice every day. We did have the lunch buffet on our first day and were disappointed but other than that it was perfect (we were only B&B so would recommend this board). It is about 25 minutes walk to main area for restaurants and bars/beach but we walked almost every day and was very doable. Taxis are also only 5 mins away and very cheap. The reviews are accurate for this hotel, we would definitely return.

As soon as we arrived we were very pleased how clean and tidy the hotel was , there are two pools and a baby pool very nice sized. Staff are amazing and helpful, Stefany is absolutely brilliant at her job the kids loved her, she seems to do everything all day everyday you see her sorting out the pool games and kids games during the day then in the evening presenting all the entertainment, which was very good, the Foam party that they host in the day on a Thursday is a big hit! The kids loved it, it’s something different and haven’t seen it when on holiday before. They host a kids mini club during the day which we didn’t use but looked very good and wouldn’t have had any worries leaving our kids with them to enjoy it. A few of the kids can be fussy eaters but there seemed to be something for everyone every night, some days better then others which isn’t to do with the quality of the food just our personal preference. We booked through jet2holidays and had unlimited Siam park tickets for our entire stay, that would be something I would highly recommend going to, the hotel run a free shuttle bus there and back which we took full advantage of! When we was booking we noticed on the map it looks set back a bit from the main part of las americas but we walked down several times with kids and it’s a pleasant walk took no longer then 15 minutes but could keep the kids occupied by trying to spot lizards on the way. Overall I have no faults with the holiday from start to finish! So happy with our stay we’ve already been looking at rebooking for next year!

Just returned from a week here. The first apartment we were given had broken air con in the living area so they gave us another one on the second day. The apartments are huge with separate bedrooms. The beds are comfy too. There’s no safe in the rooms but you can hire one in their safe room near reception for €20 a week. We were AI. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice although every day was virtually identical. Every evening meal was themed. The quality of the food was very high and extremely tasty. Not a huge choice. Some themes didn’t appeal to us so we ate out 3 nights. The drinks were poor. They give you the cheapest spirits going. The rum and vodka is disgusting. Most of the cocktails are pre-made and poor. My husband got a Black Russian with no coffee in. It was just vodka and coke! I wish we’d gone only B&B or half board at a push. The hotel is very quiet and a bit far from the main resort so not easy to just pop out for a drink. There was plenty of sun beds which were comfy. Many of the umbrellas were broken though. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Overall, a lovely, small hotel.

This hotel is without a doubt one of the best I’ve stayed in. Our room was lovely with a massive balcony, the pool was wonderful for the kids and the food and drink was good. We enjoyed our week here and wished we had booked longer. It was a perfect holiday and we hope to return again in the future.

Just returned from a very good family holiday. We went for the villa with private pool and it was worth the extra money, as it was heated we used it a lot. The Accomodation was really clean, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. Overall the food was great, always found something to eat and snack bar was always well stocked. Downside for us was the day time entertainment was focused on children 8 and under. The evening entertainment was good, however was hosted within the dining area and once finished everyone left to their accommodation. We visited with 8, 14 and 15 year olds and the older two didn’t have much to do so we didn’t stay in the hotel much during the day. The staff were extremely helpful and helped locate my son’s missing AirPods. Bar staff were friendly too!

Excellent resort- every member of staff was always friendly and helpful. Food was always well stocked and plenty of choice to satisfy even my fussy 5 and 1 year olds. It felt very family friendly and safe. The rooms and grounds were always clean and entertainment provided for the kids was really good which my child actually preferred to the usual kids club as he could pick and choose what he joined in with. Only negatives is that there isn’t really a dedicated entertainment space- mini disco is at the kids playground and the evening show is in the restaurant- and it was a bit further out from the restaurants, supermarkets, bars than we would usually go for. Staff are definitely the best asset!!

Green Garden is a beautiful hotel. It is very quiet and relaxing throughout the hotel. We stayed in a one bed apartment with 2 children (10 and 12). The apartment was very clean and spacious. It suited us as so many hotels would only have one room for a family of 4, or a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The children had their own fold out beds which they were comfortable on. At their ages sharing wasn't an option! The main bedroom was also comfortable. The only problem we had was running out of hot water for the 4th person to shower, so we had to be quick! The hotel is a good 25 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. This was fine by us and good to get some exercise. The restaurant staff work so hard and are very friendly. We enjoyed the themed evening meals especially the Mexican and Oriental nights. There wasn't a great amount of choice for fussy children, but they didn't go hungry. The breakfast had a really wide choice of options and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. The pancakes were very popular. The food was very tasty, and plenty of options for the adults. We enjoyed the all inclusive wine, beer and cocktails along with mocktails for the kids. We loved the pool area. One side was heated, the other was colder. We did use both sides though as once swimming it was fine in the colder side. There were lots of younger families but the atmosphere was always relaxed, everyone just having a lovely time. My children were too old for the organised activities, but there seemed to be lots for the younger children to join in with. The foam party was really good fun for all the family. We always found a sunbed somewhere, even if we had been out for the day. We had inclusive tickets to Siam Park with out Jet2 deal. We went 3 times as the kids loved it. There is a free bus via the hotel which is great. However to skip the queues on arrival, we caught a taxi for between 6-8 euros which was well worth it. We were then in the water park by 9.30am and ready to avoid the later queues as it does get very busy. We did several big rides while other people were still queuing for lockers as they had arrived after 10am. We went on a brilliant trip to the Rainforest with Stefi and Roberto. This was a real bargain at only £10 euros per person. It was a most enjoyable morning. We got to see some of the North of the island and found out lots of interesting information. It made a nice break from the heat and built up areas. The guides were very friendly and ensured everyone enjoyed the trip. I would definitely recommend this outing as it is only a few hours and you are back in time for lunch. Overall this hotel is perfect for families and couples wanting to relax. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Would definitely like to return in the future.
