Very nice Hotel

Worst experience I ever had. Really dirty room. Bugs in bed and the towels smelled rotten. We even found dandruff like stuff on the towels. At the breakfast room they demonstrated being busy and in hurry to close of at 10 sharp even when 4 ppl at the table and no one but two sitting by the pool waiting for the bar to open. I guess my room was an exception since the rate here is quite outstanding. So I can’t say it’s the standard all over the hotel .

I was here with my dad and my three year old daughter and I will not be returning We stayed here last year with other family members and we had an excellent time when it was named under morola since it has been taken over by whala its has changed too much. If you want peace and quite I would avoid at every chance possible it was such a family orientated apar**ents when we here it’s not anymore They are now catering for the younger generation group of girls and lads noisy at night ten clock at night coming in at stupid clock at the morning and making loads noise. I have not had one proper nights sleep since I have been here Around the pool area well that has all changed since they changed hands they was no drinks allowed round the pool at all last year and this year they all drinking around the pool leaving their cups on the side of the pool I have witnessed on a few occasions whilst being here that they are drinking in the pool the amount of foul language that has been used is awful. They clearly state this aswell that glasses are not allowed on the pool side but they don’t care at all The fact that jet2 advertise this place as family friendly on thier site it is no where near family friendly

Tommy and the girls behind bar are great fun as usual and friendly so 5 star for them but 0 stars for nighttime management who just let drunken or stoned teenagers make an absolute racket from 4am everyday. Its not relaxing for sleep at night or early hours anymore. If this is what the new owners want thats up to them but it should be stated so then as the vast majority are doing we can book elsewhere. Shame because it was brilliant here, but not now

We've been coming here years but this is last time. The noise is terrible from groups of stag or hens and although management same (different hotel company though) they don't seem interested in stopping it. 3,4,5,6,7am is just banging and shouting from everywhere. The barstaff are still excellent and friendly though. Lots of regulars won't come again now because its impossible to sleep

My Wife and I booked this Hotel off the strength of the other reviews on this site, so first time here and our expectations were quite high given the reviews. I understand that there has been a change in the Hotel ownership that have driven ‘changes’ with the sort of people they are trying to attract to the hotel. Wish I had know this beforehand that’s for sure. Good stuff. Is it clean - yes. Are the staff pleasant - yes, and they have to put up with a lot. Bad Stuff. I can not begin to describe how terrible this Hotel is, wasn’t sure if we had booked a Hotel or a Hostel. Large gangs of Stag Doo's one of them was 30+ strong, and to be honest for the most part they were well behaved but as with any large group they were very loud and rowdy. Smell of **** was very overpowering wherever you went, but that is the same of just about anywhere nowadays. Music into the small hours making it just about impossible to sleep, despite the guy on receptions best efforts to stop this. Euro deposit for a plastic glass at the bar - what on Earth is that about? Never had that before at any Hotel and hopefully never will again, that is just bizarre and I felt it was slightly demeaning being told that unless I handed over my 2 Euros as a deposit I would not get a glass, had the deposit back no issues, but why do that to start with? My biggest issue with all of it is Jet2 are still selling this place as a ‘family friendly’ establishment, well it just isn’t, there were families there with small children when we stayed there I felt very sorry for them, it is very much a hotel for the young. Would I return? Not a chance and speaking to other people whilst we were there it seems neither would they, and some couples had been there numerous times previously. I advise you if you have booked this and you like to sleep, relax, and have some peace and quiet - change your hotel whilst you still can. Its just awful for anyone over 25.

We have been coming here for about 14 years but unfortunately unless it goes back to the way it was this is probably our last. There were loads of groups of young people with a lot of noise and shouting through the day and night. But worse still was people spitting over the balconies, not very nice. The new owners seem to have gone more for the 18 to 30s clientel as apposed to the older clientel that it attracted before. The prices have shot up considerably especially at the bar and you have to pay a Euro deposit for your plastic cup when you get a drink. Never ever had this anywhere before! I really feel sorry for the staff who are fantastic and friendly and hope for their sake that it only gets better for them.

Firstly i and my partner was of the understanding that this particular hotel was free from stags & hens and as i have recently been informed from a jet2 agent this also covers groups of young males & females but this was as far from the truth as you could get!! From the day we arrived on the 20th of April until the day we left on the 30th of April we had no more than 2 nights of a decent period of sleep. Both myself and my partner have holidayed in many locations over the past years “I myself over 40years” and this holiday is without doubt the worst 10 days i have ever spent anywhere! There was so many young groups of boys and girls coming and going during our stay it was ridiculous, not only was these groups coming in at all hours through the night and morning up until 4:30am and later, also the stench of ***** (smoking pot) was so overwhelming at times we could not physically go onto and enjoy our balcony overlooking the pool area, we also witnessed young lads climbing over there 1st floor apar**ent balcony wall and running along a tiled roof to there friends balcony some 2/3 apar**ents further down. On another occasion we heard a very loud commotion from the pool area at around 1am shouting and screaming of young lads so i went onto the balcony to see what the noise was only to witness hotel staff running up the lower floor open corridor chasing these inconsiderate ******. On another occasion my partner was woken at 4:30am by a young lad shouting and screaming outside our apparent, she tried several times to call reception to have someone come and deal with the disturbance without success so she had to physically go down to reception passing this young obviously drunk and totally out of control young lad to get help with the situation thankfully the night receptionist escorted my partner back to the apar**ent and on this occasion dealt with the matter i on the other hand was totally unaware of this as i had taken to using ear defenders to sleep and my partner was worried i would get into a confrontation with this yob if she woke me. During the day was not much better as all these drunken *********** ****** would sleep it off around the pool continuing to drink and use disgusting language around other holiday makers with young children and older guests. During our stay at this hotel we had no less than 3 different apar**ents because of the constant behaviour of drunken and drugged up young groups of boys & girls. When we made our feeling known to the staff of the hotel we were told that the hotel had been recently taken over by new owners and all the old policies had basically been torn up and thrown in the bin and they would and even encourage anyone and any amount of groups to book a room and unfortunately there Hands were tied as to who walked through the door. We also spoke with the jet2 rep on several occasions both in person and phone and again there was not much he could do if these groups are booked through a different travel agent, we

I stayed here for a short break, really love the location, close to three restaurants with Michellen stars, rooms were cleaned every day, spotless, pool area was lovely with nice sunbeds not the with plastic, it was quiet when we went so plenty of room. Are room had a memory foam mattress (never had that in Spain before), a TV unfortunately no signal though but we are not that bothered about TV so we never mentioned it. No Aircon but a big fan, we were cool enough for the time of year. The WiFi is not worth the money unfortunately. Beach 5 min walk away. Hard rock cafe 10min walk, happy hour 5-7pm on roof terrace. All in all a lovely stay, I would definitely recommend.
