We had a couple of unwelcome visitors during our stay in the shape of cockroaches. One flew out of the air con unit when switched on for the first time while the other was spotted scurrying across the kitchen worktop. Reported to hotel reception but they seemed very disinterested. They said a cleaner would spray a deterent but we're not sure they actually ever did. If you like to take in some sun on the balcony be sure to upgrade to a sea view room as balconies on the volcano view side of the hotel see no sunshine at all.

Room we were allocated (125) was terrible. Absolutely no natural sunlight or privacy as balcony was located directly opposite a local apartment block. Constant noise from cleaning staff and renovations taking place in adjacent rooms usually from 7am onwards. Also smell of urine from sink area. Asked to be moved to an another room but was told that the hotel was full which I found hard to believe. Food was adequate but usually slightly warm at best. Rooftop terrace was very good, we spent most of the days there. Pool area and entertainment were ok. Local drinks only on all inclusive package, also no snacks available. Location of hotel was very good, handy for most places. Tried to contact Jet2 to resolve these issues to no avail, no visit from reps and unable to reply to emails and texts received. Staff on reception were quite rude and dismissive. Late check out was obtained for one hour only. Will be back to Tenerife but definitely not to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Coral Suites and Spa in Tenerife and was extremely disappointed. Upon booking, we weren’t informed about any ongoing construction work, which turned out to be incredibly disruptive. The noise from the renovations was unbearable from Monday to Thursday, yet when we raised our concerns, the managers outright denied that any work was happening. It felt like we were being lied to. When another couple complained, the lady manager changed her story, claiming the work wasn’t supposed to occur. It was frustrating to see such a lack of communication and accountability from management, especially considering they should be aware of scheduled works in their hotel. To make matters worse, the managers we interacted with were rude and dismissive. The female manager was particularly confrontational, shouting at us when we raised our issues. She mentioned she would change our room due to the noise from a man retiling the room next to us, yet we never got moved. We were deprived of sleep for our entire stay. Although she offered us a late checkout for the inconvenience, when we requested it, we were told it wasn’t possible because our room was being given to someone else. To top it off, cleaners were knocking on our door at 11:50 AM, despite checkout not being until noon. I’m not one to complain lightly, but this was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the rude staff to the constant dishonesty, I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it were free. I’ve attached videos and pictures showing the work that supposedly wasn’t happening. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel—management could certainly use a lesson in hospitality and customer service.

Absolutely rubbish, we arrived late evening and paid for all inclusive, when we arrived no food or drink was available, so we had to go out for food,the hotel is so noisy with all the renovation work happening, half the things in your room don't work,this hotel is aimed at the older generation, if your between 60/70 in the dinosaur age then this is perfect, it states that it's a 4 star hotel,to be honest I've stopped in better 3 star hotels in tenerife

Another great holiday here 2nd yr running was a bit dubious about going this yr what with the reviews of building work going on but luckily I feel they had virtually finished all works yes was a bit of noise but didn't spoil our holiday once again staff was amazing and couldn't do enough for you every part of the hotel was spotless from reception to the pool area all the way you our room food at breakfast was good couldn't say about any other times as we were B&B only well worth a visit already booked for next year

The Hotel is located nearby the golden mile, where You Find a lot of shops and restaurants. The Hotel is Old but in a good shape. The room was large as expected, with two toilets and bathrooms. It’s kind of anonymous hotel, so nothing bad to say, but at the same time nothing positive to say. It’s a hotel and nothing else, not a hotel who will be remembered for an excellent service or stay. In the reception you will meet a Swedish speaking woman who is really good and service minded. But unfortunately you will also meet some really incompetent people, who is not able to answer simple questions.

This is my second visit to this hotel as I went in May this year with my daughter and liked it so much I returned with my husband end of September. The location is excellent as can go either way for the restaurants and bars. Loads close by also. We went bed and breakfast as there are so many places to eat and drink so close and nearly all have entertainment on as well. Rooms are great and cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We never sat round the pool and preferred to go to the roof terrace where we never had a problem getting a bed. Breakfast is really good with proper sausages and the tea is even nice! There is work going on but it didn’t impact our holiday but do think jet 2 should inform you when booking. Good bars close by are yolo and then the cheiftans and paddy o kellys. All do snacks and food and very reasonable. Would definitely return

Exceeded all expectations. Yes, there are building works going on, although Jet2 failed to inform us, However, overall, it did not interfere with our holiday, and the hotel upgraded us. Reception staff are fabulous, as are restaurant and bar staff, 10/10 customer service. Food,great variety, may not suit all, but hot and cooked, breakfast choice was outstanding Shower rooms require an extraction system, getting dried was almost impossible, small fault The location is perfect, Cleanliness was not an issue. the hotel was spotless, and our rooms were cleaned daily 👌 as was the pool area

Welcome Arrived with my son for a nice relaxing week, on a Saturday evening and was greeted by Tatiana who had a warm and friendly personality. The hotel was good in handling additional requests and we emailed ahead with some specific adjustments due to my son’s Autism. We were asked if we wanted to go to dinner and was assured that there was no problem for the team to accommodate us, even though we had arrived around 15 minutes after the restaurant had closed, a nice touch! We instead headed straight for the room. Rooms The rooms are freshly modernised with comfy beds and good quality bedding. Each suite comes with cooking appliances such as hobs, microwave, fridge, kettle and an ample supply of accessories. There is also a comfortable 'love seat' in the room and soft furnishings on the balcony. Some points to note, the noise from over the balcony (it is a lively resort after all) slowly dissapears from around 9pm. Another note is the bathroom, the water temperature can be temperamental across the hotel. We heard a couple say at breakfast that theirs was the same. It's either scolding hot or arctic cold. After a day or two, you can become the master of the taps Amenities We didn't explore the gym or spa, mainly on account of us being fat and lazy! We did however make use of the pool which was of good quality, quiet and relaxed. There's also a lazy pond to sunbathe in. Although poolside got really busy with the sun beds filling up quickly, there's also plenty of space on the roof which has recently (Sep 2024) had a refurbishment! There's a load of ways to sunbathe including lily pads with the relaxing sounds of water to keep you company. Food & Drink We selected the All Inclusive package which was quite flexible. The drinks times are between 1030 & 2300, quite typical for a Spanish Al package. We could have local spirits and a selection of cocktails were included. There was no trouble with waiting for service at the bar, and there was even a self service zone with wine, beer, soft drinks etc. Food was plentiful and fresh. It changed substantially each day and was subtly themed such as 'South American' night. I do have one complaint though, actually two now I remember. The first being the bacon was super super crispy, maybe it had been left out too long, or maybe the chef was trying to recreate the texture of glass! Either way, a trip to the dentist is now in order. The other gripe is with Gofio Ice Cream! Famous across the canaries, is it Nougat? Honey? Both? Who cares! It's absolutely lush! And they had NONE of it! Devastated beyond belief, until the last day when a fresh tub of the stuff showed up! How dare they? That stuff should be in every hotel by law, punishable by stocks at noon. Entertainment We didn't really stay for the entertainment much, we always had other plans and just like other hotels in Las Américas, the entertainment is usually a tribute act or a solo chilled singer. Amazing rooms very modern and light, lots of space and a really nice balcony. We were really impressed with the rooms. Very clean and tidy. Pool area is okay but the pool is very cold and the beds are compact round one little pool. You can’t vape around the pool you have to go outside of the hotel. The life guard is a nightmare even when you aren’t vaping he is pointing at people as if they are. Saw this multiple times. You can’t relax. Food is very repetitive and drinks aren’t great on AI the beer is like water. Great location and lots around.

A lovely modern hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Kitchenette great with microwave and full size fridge. Great spacious shower with good water pressure . Building work was on going but the noise was minimal. Breakfast good choice and quality. Location was ideal close to the main centre and good restaurants. Supermarket 5 min walk away. Rosy’s Bar 2 doors up was excellent for an inexpensive drink or meal. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning to this hotel.

Really nice hotel, modern. Rooms well equipped and comfy. The location is ideal, right next to golden mile where all the shops and good restaurants are. There’s a little book shop library just next to the bar in reception, which was a lovely touch. Plenty of sunbeds, breakfast really good. Only thing that let the hotel down for us was the building works, it was just so noisy so it was difficult to relax between 8am and 5pm.

Terrible food, no smoking ( except at front of hotel) no atmosphere on the day time. Building work going on. Rooms where basic would not be going again. It was a good job the weather was good because that would have capped off a poor experience….

This hotel is marked as a 4-4,5 star hotel. This is absolutely not correct… 3 stars. Construction was ongoing to an extent that the pool area was unusable… The hotel clearly needs a renovation. Breakfast was nice We can not recommend the hotel and would not come back
