H10 ラス パルメラス(H10 Las Palmeras)

房間佈局合理，服務很周到，滿意。位置很方便。包兩餐感覺很方便，餐食也比較豐富，是一次愉快的海島度假。

地理位置優越，周圍有很多酒吧、餐廳，裝修風格也有當地特色，酒店雖然有些歷史感，但打掃的很乾凈，房費包含的早晚自助餐也很實惠，非常適合第一次來這裏旅遊的人。值得推薦

This was our second visit ( and 2nd review ) just 12 months apart . The hotel is great , lovely and clean , the staff are helpful and freindly and the pool is a nice place to spend the day but......as per my first review the food served is poor , not much choice and mostly cold like its been sat there a while . Its a real shame that the food is so poor as it really lets down the experiance . The Privilage suites are superb but havent stayed in any other rooms . I will definatley be back but will definatley be Self Catering as the hotel is surroumded by good quality , well priced eateries of all types . All in all we enjoyed our 2nd visit

Me and my sister in law have just returned from my first stay her 2nd , well on first arrival we had to take are own suitcases to are room ok though 5th floor 503 room had a lovely sea view hotel spotless everywhere, rooms was missing one main thing a kettle and cups that for some people is a big thing we had to go down stairs to breakfast for are morning tea or coffee, but lifts even though there’s four was a bit of a wait at busy times , the main massive and best thing for me that I’d give this hotel a big 5 star was the had lactose free yogurts milk butter and that just made my stay so pleasing , the food was so fresh and plenty of variety no complaints wat so ever the entertainment team were such hard workers and always so happy thanks to Javier Laura and Ana behind snack bar for making us are special drinks 😜 and another great thing lots of sunbeds and no music banging all day just nice bk ground music it was one of my nicest places I’ve stayed well done to h10 definitely be returning

Lovely hotel, privilege room and service was very good, worth the upgrade, privilege lounge was excellent! A la carte restaurants where great and included in half board, only negative is the buffet wasn’t very good, lots of choice but food was cold.

The hotel was good! Staff where very nice and kind. The Only bad thing was that we may not play with the ball in the pool. That was very sad.

Just got back from our stay at this hotel and I’m not one to usually write reviews but I feel I need to. This was mine and my partners second time staying at the hotel as we loved it so much the first time around. It’s a great location and the hotel and staff itself are great. We had a lovely pool/sea view room the first time we stayed here, however this time we were put on the left side of the hotel near the Irish bar and it was terrible. The noise went on until 12:30pm every night without fail and the noise really is horrendous. Unless you’re a really deep sleeper which my partner is but I’m not, you have no chance of sleeping. I hate to think what it would be like if someone had kids and was put in one of these rooms! For this reason we found this time around staying at the hotel really disappointing as it’s just not what you expect at all when you go away on holiday. I’ve come back for the holiday more tired than before I went! We would not go back now which is a shame as the hotel does have a very nice feel to it. The beds are also not comfortable at all and my partner and I both had a bad back all week. The food has also gone down I think since the first time visiting, breakfast was terrible.

We are just back from a week at the Las Palmeras and I can honestly say it was an amazing stay . The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful . The room was lovely . Very modern . We had a side view and weren't bothered with noise at all . The bed was so comfortable and there were lots of pillows which is unusual in a hotel . Food and drink also fab. We were all inclusive and all premium spirits and cocktails were included (not always the case with all Inclusive ) pool snack bar has a great selection of snacks if you don't feel like going to The restaurant at lunchtime . Hotel is also on a great location for the golden mile and also has a gate at the back that takes you to the promenade. We will definitely be back later in the year
