このホテルは、とても高価な街の真ん中にあるとても安いホテルという基準で評価されるべきだと思います。良い点は、素晴らしいロケーションにあり、大きくて快適なベッド、良いエアコン、大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気コンロ、たくさんの収納スペースがあり、スタッフが親切なことです。悪い点は、設備の面でとても基本的なもので、部屋は狭く、キッチンの設備はほとんどなく、きちんと徹底的に掃除する必要があります (クモの巣があり、ベッドのヘッドは非常にほこりっぽく、他のレビューで言及されているように、トイレのドアの裏に髪の毛の塊がくっついていました)。部屋の壁もとても薄く、スタッフの英語はとても下手です。また、朝食はかなりひどいもので、朝食を部屋に持って来られる時間より早く旅行に出かけなければならなかったとき、私たちが戻ったときに朝食を冷蔵庫に入れてくれませんでした。結論として、私たちはほとんど毎日外出する予定だったので、私たちのニーズには十分でしたし、近くにはたくさんのレストランやビーチがあり、お金に見合う価値がありました。

場所はとても素敵で、とても清潔で、部屋は理想的で、場所も良く、5番街まで歩いて行けますし、近くには美味しいレストランもあります。唯一ですが、とても重要なこと…ベッドと枕が快適ではなく、快適に眠れません。

まず第一に、どこからこんなに良いレビューが寄せられているのか理解できません。ホテルは間違いなくメンテナンスが必要です。家具は古くて清潔ではなく、ソファは徹底的に掃除する必要があります。ホテルのスタッフは特に親切で歓迎的ではありません。挨拶にほとんど応じません。メイドに十分なチップを残しておかないと、部屋の適切な清掃は受けられません。カトラリーから始まって、部屋のすべてがカウントされます。文字通り、2人で宿泊する場合はフォークが2本などです。部屋には水のボトルが用意されておらず、その他の礼儀もありません。タオル - 人生で訪れた最悪のホテルで、こんなに安くて洗ったタオルに出会ったことはありません（乾いた後も綿が肌に残ります）。受付の女性はとても噂好きで、その場所の良いイメージではないと思います。全体的に、私たちは滞在に満足せず、ここは観光客にフレンドリーではない場所になったので、プラヤデルカルメンをお勧めしたり、再び訪れたりすることはありません。

The experience of the holiday over all was fantastic, and we have to thank the staff for making making so, comfortable rooms, and situated in quiet part of playa del carmen, nothing wasn’t too much to ask the staff where always there to help us, we definitely will be back, thank you again for making our holiday so amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotelito del Mar for many reasons! The rooms are very spacious so instead of a room you get a small apartment with a lovely kitchen dining area and a nice bedroom with a comfy king bed. The apartment don’t have see view but there’s a lovely palm just outside. Air conditioning works well, good size wardrobe and good bathroom. Whatever you need extra you can just ask and the staff will give it to you. We stayed 10 days but we could easily stay longer as it was super comfy. Nice to come back to our nice little apartment every day and find it clean and tidied up by the maid. I travelled with my partner and little baby and we really needed to stay in a comfortable place and it was. The staff was super friendly and helpful and always super nice with our baby girl. Especial thanks to Gina, the receptionist, she has been super professional and at the same time kind, it felt to have someone to try on for everything for our all stay. The swimming pool also is very nice but unfortunately we didn’t use it as we were very busy doing trips and going to the beach . Playa it’s a great place for that and we made the most of it. If at any time of my life we will go back to Playa we will go back to the Hotelito. It’s in quieter area of Playa and it feels super safe. Thank you again! Martina, James and little India

To me, the location is great — away from from the noise of la Quinta, yet still very close on foot. The staff at the reception was very friendly and reactive, as was the rest of the staff and the cleaning services. A special thank you to Selene and Gio for their advice and kind words during my stay.

Would definitely recommend! Clean. Reasonable rates. Friendly and helpful staff. Great little roof top patio with pool and lounge area - watch the sunset! We were treated to one complementary room service breakfast. Location is great ＞ away from the hustle/bustle, but close enough to walk to lots of dining/5th Avenue, a large grocery store and banks. My only dislike was the firmness of the mattress - it was too hard for my comfort. Hope you get the chance to visit!

Spacious and Comfortable Room Very good ACs, clean, frienfly staff, good kitchen, great location, there is a collectivo station close by, ask the staff for directions The breakfast is not good though, I skipped it. Still good value for money.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The kindness and courtesy of the staff is amazing 🤩 It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. 🤗

I stayed for almost a month at hotelito del mar during May 2022. The room feels like a one bedroom appartment. It is very cozy, clean, with a functional kitchen. The location is great, you can walk everywhere and it is a very safe neighborhood. I guess what really stands out is the staff. Everyone in the hotel is super friendly and helpful, it feels like being at home. Thanks guys for making me so comfortable. Totally recommend Hotelito del mar!

La habitación muy bien con lo necesario para la estancia , cocineta , baño , refrigerador y limpieza , buena atención de la Señorita Sarai en recepción , tranquilo para dormír bien , sábanas y toallas limpias , solo me faltó subir a la alberca .

Muy amables me encantó el lugar son personas muy respetuosas y un trato muy cordial me encantaría volver y que este la misma gente que me atendió los recomiendo 100% son muy acogedor y está serga de todo supermark y de el centro de playa del Carmen así que es ideal para todo

Excelente atención de los recepcionistas, en especial Gina, muy amable y atenta. El servicio de los apartamentos son cómodos con lo justo y necesario. El servicio de habitaciones muy bueno, lo recomiendo para aquellos que quieran visitar Playa del Carmen y elegir un lugar de descanso acogedor.

Estuve 5 días y me sentí como en casa, desde la recepción fuimos muy bien atendidos y asesorados en cuanto a restaurantes y lugares de interés, del apartamento ni se diga, hermosísimo, amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días de estadía en Playa del Carmen
