リウ プラヤカール - オールインクルーシブ(Riu Playacar - All Inclusive)

We enjoyed the convenience of the mini market across the street and being able to walk to Playa Del Carmen (~30mins). The only negative was our original room. We were out in a first floor standard room that had a mildew odor and rattling AC sound. After asking a couple times we were able to be moved to a 3rd floor double standard room that was so much better. Staff were wonderful, so kind and accommodating. Beach was incredibly beautiful. We would stay here again, but would request a 2nd or 3rd floor unit or a junior suite.

Staff was very personal to our needs. Extremely friendly and outgoing, could speak English. Emily was a pleasure to be around.

I travel to Playa Del Carmen many times in the past. I was very skeptical about Riu Hotels because never stayed there before. My husband and I went for our honeymoon. We were very pleased with our stayed. The food, the beach front property at at Riu Playacar is amazing. I recommend it.

Clean and comfortable. Food was good drinks were plentiful and entertainment was entertaining. This was our 2 year at this hotel and will probably return next year.

When I go to Mexico, my top priority is the beach. the beach at Playacar is excellent, but this hotel doesn't have enough shade on the beach. Staff & service is very good. The quality of the food was so-so. If you ask me if I will come to this hotel again I will say-no. Too much plastic and noise. But this is just my personal opinion, we are all so different.

Everything was perfect, just little bit quiet but most of the people are old,so understandable.

The property was clean and service was friendly and helpful. Most everyone spoke English which was helpful for us. As soon as we needed anything like more coffee for our room, we got it. They also decorated my room for my birthday which as a special touch.
