Lovely large resort with beautiful grounds and pool. Food was lovely especially in the Asian infusion restaurant. Easy parking. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Helped us with a problem at check in professionally. Comfy beds and good sized rooms

Many gluten free options available on the resort, we really appreciated the attention given to allergies!

Overall, it was a okay at most good experience and I appreciated several aspects of my stay. Firstly, the drinks at the resort were good, although I must admit they were not exceptional. The breakfast and lunch buffet offered a decent variety of options, although compared to other all-inclusive resorts, it fell slightly short in terms of variety. The have four restaurants on site and the menu was not good at all! I had to leave and go to the lunch and dinner buffets. the room service menu, which offered a satisfactory range of choices. Additionally, the resort had a good selection of activities, although I found that it could have had a bit more variety. I particularly enjoyed the foam party by the pool, as the DJ was great. One aspect that I really liked was the proximity of the beach to the resort. It was convenient to have the beach right there, and I appreciated that the use of cabana beds was complimentary. However, it was disappointing to learn that there was a charge for the use of cabana beds by the pool. Another positive aspect was the resort's location, as it was within walking distance of shops and transportation. It was convenient to have access to nice restaurants and daiquiri bars nearby. Lastly, I must commend the spa at the resort as one of the best I have ever been to. best part was the spa!!! There are other resorts that are better but like I said it was okay at most good

Great food, people, and facilities. Had an excellent stay here and the team did a really great job on NYE! Me and my girlfriends only complaint is the excessive amount of paid cabanas around the pool compared to the very limited amount of free lounge chairs. Also found it difficult to get pool towels some days. Overall great stay and we would certainly come back! Thanks again!

Our stay was perfect. I’ve been to many Mexican resorts but this one was the best. Our room was clean, the food and drinks were excellent and the entertainment team was top notch, especially Roberto! Very accommodating!! Can’t wait to visit again.

This was Mayne our tenth time visiting the property and as always the staff are amazing. The property is always immaculate and well manicured and your every need is addressed. Any issue is immediately taken care of and we will be continue going back time and again.

We love the staff, especially Samantha & Rosario (very kind & professional) and the bellmen Hector and William (so hard working & helpful), and so many on the restaurant staff (to many to mention) are very attentive and ready to help. We love this place!

I had a great stay but if having a super nice beach is your priority this is not the place for you. We went in December and the waves were very rough. There is a small part of the beach that is sandy in the water but most of the swimming area is rocky. In Mexico all beaches are federal property so by law the beach is not private - this means there are public beach users including children and vendors trying to sell you things. Pools were very nice but there is a shortage of chairs by the pool. Twice my partner and I were not able to find any chairs. Meanwhile there are plenty of empty cabanas available as an upcharge. The food was quite good. Mexican was the strongest, and individual items at the other restaurants were hit or miss. The drinks were great all around and the cocktail bar was my favorite. I got a great deal on a spa package that included a massage, facial, and unlimited hydrotherapy (sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tubs). I highly recommend splurging for the hydrotherapy. Events/activities were better than I was expecting. I enjoyed the unique fitness classes like the trampoline class, aquabike, aqua aerobics, and yoga on the aquafit paddle boards. Classes do fill up quickly though which can be disappointing. I was not able to get a spot in ever class I had hoped to. The evening shows are fun - singing, dancing, acrobatics. Daytime activities included pool games, foam pool party, bingo, crafts, salsa dance lessons. This is not a quiet resort!
