カサ カオバ ホテル & スイーツ(Casa Kaoba Hotel & Suites)

カーサカオバは素敵なホテルです。私はここに一晩滞在しました。場所はすべてからかなり離れていますが、とても静かです。朝食はメキシコと西洋のオプションで良かった。部屋とバスルームは広々としていました。私が問題を抱えていたのは、バスルームのシャワーヘッドのスカムだけでした。そうでなければ、他のすべては大丈夫だった。

Nice place but need upgrade breakfast to a few more options maybe a mini fridge in room. Restaurant hours should be extended into the evening

Liked pet friendly. Didn’t like double beds when I booked queen beds. Very cramped. Hotel did not appear full but no room upgrade and room was directly across from the pool and restaurant making it rather noisy. Hot tub not working.

My stay was horrible. Filthy room, and poor customer service. Wifi didn't work, tv didnt work, and it is NOT worth the money. Everything was dirty from the towels, to the sheets to the cups, to the shower. There was no attempt made to clean the room.

The cleanliness of the floors was abysmal, with a clear lack of proper cleaning. The staff consistently failed to fulfill their promises, citing worker shortages as an excuse. Requests had to be repeated numerous times before any action was taken. The shower area was particularly distressing for my family, as the numerous transparent windows and reflective surfaces created a disturbing feeling of being watched, raising concerns about potential hidden cameras. The placement of these windows allowed unsettling views directly into the main shower area. Although the proximity to Xcaret is advantageous, the location is far from ideal for visiting Playa de Carmen. I strongly advise against staying here and recommend seeking alternative accommodations.

It was amazing stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Service attention was good. Breakfast is included with the stay that makes it convenient when you have kids. Yes, I will stay again.

Easy and free parking. 5 minutes drive to the xcaret parks. Large pool. Nice landscaping. We stayed in two story suite, with downstairs kitchen and half bath and upstairs bedroom, full bath and living room. It’s spacious and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

It was better than expected, it has everything you can possibly need, rooms are super specious, 2 bathrooms, a mini kitchen and a specious living room with a couch, front desk service was outstanding, they explained every single detail, someone will help you with your bags, pool was very nice and comes with free breakfast (super good buffet type and friendly staff).

COLD water warning! Will be taking cold showers daily! Employees are nice & tried to upgrade us, but other room still did not have hot water. They could not improve it in 4days. Food not great, but service was good, very nice employees!
