terrible noise at night, sleepless night. The reception spoke no English and they could solve nothing. All they asked clients with problems was to accepting the reality.

The hotel itself was ok but my room was below average. There was a broken window with plastic used to cover it partially such that you could hear it rustling in the breeze. I had no water for part of the time and when I did there was no hot or warm water. The sheets were ok. I know you get what you pay for but was expecting at least some basic necessities (like water). There's WiFi but would go in and out and not always reliable. The staff was nice when I interacted with them. They probably have better rooms but I was led to believe I had booked a single deluxe. I'm simply stating my experience. It was a little disappointing.The area is easily accessible.

The building was not well maintained when I stayed there. It was cheap, but for only a few dollars more you can get a much better hotel in Playa.

Only complain was how loud the music was at Senor Frogs . Other than that very central.

Terrible.,They denied We had a reservation when We showed them We did. They blame *******. Rude and unfriendly receptionist. ******* acording to them made a booking mistake.

The noise is bad here, but something I could deal with. They also do no maintenance here, and when my neighbor uses the sink, sewer water pours out on my floor. To top it all off, my phone was stolen from my room last night, February 28th, while I was sleeping. It was plugged in, sitting on the other bed, when I woke up, both the back door and the front door were open slightly. The back door was most certainly locked, and it was not forced open, someone had a key. I paid for 7 nights, but I will never feel comfortable leaving my stuff here. I am going to file a police report. and try to tie the back door shut! I am about sick of cleaning the rancid water off my floor with the hand towel.

Elizabeth and the reception always nice and welcoming. Location great.

In the town

We stayed in the apartment with a full kitchen, king bed bathroom. The apartment had everything we needed to make breakfast and meals. It is nice to have the bedroom separate from the kitchen area. It is important to know that It gets really loud in there until 2 am since the property faces 5th Avenue almost across Señor Frogs. We had an issue with the room that was initially assigned to us (not the one we paid for) but the girls at the front could fix it on the second day.
