＞Great, Immaculately clean, modern with lovey staff, good location. Recently (in the last year?) refurbished so everything is CLEAN and Modern. Both Rooms and grounds (inc neat AstroTurf that was very clean and slip free!) Table and chairs outside your door semi-private (some rooms surround the pool) Sunchairs around the pool (but still some 'towel savers' occurred-BAD!!) Big Warm proper swimming pool Big bedroom with mini fridge, Big clean bathroom with double walk in shower, very Hot and powerful water (rain and wand in the shower). Both rooms were modern, clean and fresh. White all round. Good comfortable (double) twin beds Very efficient air conditioning Big double wardrobe for hanging with hangers provided Kettle and Cups (some coffee pods upon arrival) Powerful Hairdryer Room was cleaned every day to a high standard (hang request tag on door) Grounds were cleaned every day ALL staff smiley and happy Reception staff said hello and acknowledged EVERY time, and were VERY helpful. Good, Quiet location Adults only resort so was quiet and peaceful why the minus -1 The safe is Three Euros PER DAY to hire (Expensive cost over two weeks -bad impression). The walk in shower needs a water lip, but the floor towel stops the trickle of water Sly News is the only British speaking TV channel (dozens of German!) Interconnect door (between adjoining apartments) whilst key locked it would be assuring to see a physical bolt lock on the door. Wifi was free and worked (eventually with help of the staff!) but was a very over complicated way to sign in ＞Sunbeds around the pool were' blocked' by the usual anti-social towel hogs - these SHOULD be removed by staff as there are not enough sunbeds on a sunny day. SUMMARY: The rooms and complex were on par with Four Star hotels we've stayed in Remove the silly little things (safe hire Fee, Retune the TV etc, stop sunbed blocking) and this would be a straight 100% tip; do not book with ******* as their fee does not include breakfast WOULD recommend to stay again :-)

Nice resort, but the name of this resort is so tricky, beach resort, let me tell you that there is no beach within a circle of 700meters. This is so bad and i think it’s fraud! You also have to pay 3 Euro’s a day for a cheap safe in the room, so bad……For the rest its a great resort, but carefull if you want to be near the beaches.

Think twice about staying here. Wi-Fi and TV don't work in the room despite 3 days since I arrived to get it fixed. When I got serious with the reception, they left a bottle of wine in the room, nice, but insufficient after 3 days of hassle and Internet still not working. I had to pay to get additional data with my provider. Cleaning questionable and missed every day to refill the coffee cups. The worse of all is when taking a shower and when you are done, the water is running into the room. The bathroom ended up like a swimming pool, and I had to dry the floor with the towels. I came to relax and not having to speak to reception every day to get things fixed, when I expected basis to be working. NOT WORTHY €160 a night. The facilities in the complex are OK, but the swimming pool is full of tree leaves and god knows what.

Very helpful staff, rooms cleaned to high standard. This was my second visit, and will be back again. Highly recommended

We loved this hotel, modern, very clean beautifully kept. We had a room by the pool which was great, breakfast was lovely, can’t review the restaurant as it wasn’t open during the week but its minutes walk to hundreds!! The ONLY downside was when had to leave for our transfer bus at 7.50, the reception was locked up and empty of staff! We had come and gone through the reception area so we hurriedly searched for another exit, which we did eventually but of course we had held the bus up and the driver was not impressed! I would like to know why the reception was locked at that time of the morning?

I recently stayed at the Sanom Beach Resort, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The resort seemed to be primarily populated by English and German tourists, lacking the authentic Spanish vibe I had hoped for. While the rooms were acceptable, the thin walls between them were a significant drawback. I could easily hear my neighbors, including the sound of flushing toilets, which impacted the overall comfort and privacy. To add to the disappointment, the hotel only provided coffee pods, and when I requested teabags, I was told there would be an additional charge. This struck me as unreasonable, as most hotels typically offer a variety of complimentary beverage options. The towels provided were also notably dirty, suggesting a lack of attention to cleanliness. Moreover, the pricing of the hotel did not align with the quality of the services and amenities. The Jacuzzi, a feature I was looking forward to, was unexpectedly closed during my stay, adding to the overall disappointment. In conclusion, I found the Sanom Beach Resort to be overpriced for the experience it offered. The lack of a Spanish ambiance, thin walls, additional charges for basic amenities, and cleanliness issues make it challenging to recommend this resort to others.
