Brilliant location, close to dunes and also, Playa del ingles beach only 20 minutes walk. Hiper Dino supermarket just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff in the hotel super nice, the bed is comfy, and the balcony pretty nice size. 🙂

Malheureusement arriver sur lieu la réceptionniste me dit il ya pas de chambre disponible voulais m’envoyer sur un autre appartement qui situe à peu loin. J’ai refusé finalement elle a trouver une chambre mais pas celle que j’ai réservé il ne y’avait la vu sur mer ni sur la piscine j’étais déçue. Une odeur spéciale dans la chambre je l’ai signalé impossible de me changé.

Just back from a really enjoyable stay at these apartments, I booked on a B&B basis, and the breakfast was excellent Very clean and fresh, and a great welcome Location is right next to RIU Palace, so that was handy in terms of saying to taxis where drop you off Will return

This hotel have some old standard rooms, and they have some new and very nice superior apartments. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the location is great. I had a perfect stay, and I will come back soon.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. The apartment does not have a/c coincidentally, so even though it was not that hot outside, sleeping at night was uncomfortable. A fan would be a good addition. The bed was not very comfortable either. The WiFI and water pressure and temperature were good. The people working there were very nice and attentive. No toiletries at all in the room. The best aspect of this hotel is the supermarket in the first floor where you can get anything you need.

I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled 1pm book in. I was made extremely welcome and was happy to be adked to sun bathe in the pool area wholst waiting. Book in was easy and was given my key to a very well laid out appartment, within 10 minutes. I was alone and only stsying for 2 nights, so did not need my room cleaned. Excellent location, very close to Supermarket and a pleasent walk to night life, including Yumbo. Reasonably priced and may well stay again snother time. Breakfast was well organized but fairly basic. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days.

Easy to access everywhere, staffs are very friendly and good for its value!
