The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all . I will not stay here ,again. I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored. Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄 So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby. Very disappointed 😞

This was a holiday I had booked with my partner and my best friend, I haven’t been away in three years and my best friend has never left the UK. To generally summit up, this was one of the nicest hotels we have all ever stayed in. We had lovely Seaview, the food was fantastic but unfortunately as to be expected the alcohol was local which wasn’t necessarily a problem if you drank an ungodly amount. The cocktails at the bar where lovely, especially for an all-inclusive. I really really enjoyed our stay and 100% would definitely come back again. I would like to say a big thank you to Orlando at the front desk as well as the other staff members at the resort ,we were so welcomed and given the chance we were helped with directions to Port de Morgan, which by the way is quite literally a 45 minute bus journey and if you have the chance to go, then I recommend it .

We stayed here February 2024, weather was amazing, hotel very clean bit tired looking the rooms were cleaned daily only thing it could do with a kettle and not a coffee maker, the food was really good plenty of choice, some of the staff were abit rude especially the staff in the food hall, apart from that it was a really nice hotel, it does have entertainment most nights but not very good, you get what you pay for

Niina and Gemma and Maria remembered me and they greeted me with my first name. They like me as i stayed with them years before and they were still there. The hotel is excellent and they thought i am like a Spanish man staying there. I was amazed the same staff were there and all remembered me like it was only yesterday.

The staff make this hotel, especially the entertainment coordinator, who we knew as JJ. What a fun, friendly, kind guy. The entertainment, from aqua aerobics, games, sports, evening bingo & live acts, are all brilliant. The hotel is a little tired in places but the food is good (including some vegan options), the rooms are comfortable & cleaned every day & the location is close enough to the beach & in the heart of the shops, market, bars & restaurants. It also has a huge pool & lots of sunbeds. It could do with a couple more toilets in the public areas, but other than that, I have nothing negative to say about it. It's well worth the money. We'll definitely be going back.

Ok so maybe not the best hotel in the world but we had a fantastic time. Staff were amazing and the hotel was kept spotless. Entertainment at the pool through the day and the evening entertainment was absolutely spot on. The only down points were the air conditioning in our room was useless, the beds are plastic mattresses which are very uncomfortable and the food was basic. The hotel is in an excellent location with beaches and entertainment almost on the doorstep. Overall the faults were well outnumbered by the good points and we enjoyed it so much we will be back next year, hopefully in a room with working air con.

The bed was up against the wall making it difficult to get.out of bed without disturbing my friend. Other than that the room was cleaned daily and the hotel.was clean. I hate single use plastics bit all inclusive drinks were served in these it would have been better to use hard plastics say at 1 euro deposit it would help the land fill problem and be better for the planet. The food on AI was very limited the food was coked well but not enough variety. The puddings were unappealing didn't have one all week. Enjoyed our time there but will not be back
