3 つ星ホテルとしては悪くないです。部屋同士が近いため防音が悪いことを除けば、清潔さと部屋の状態は良好です。住所が家具店の名前 MILAN と非常に似ているため、そこを旅行するときに混乱する可能性があることに注意してください。全体的に満足です。

その夜は騒音がひどすぎました。ほとんど眠れませんでしたけど、なんとか生き延びました。

エレベーターはありません。 車椅子での予約にはおすすめできません。

立地はとても便利です。部屋は料金を考えると十分です。部屋は清潔ですが、かなり臭いです。アイロンをリクエストしたところ、アイロンとアイロン台を用意してくれました。とても親切に対応してくれました。エアコンの調子がとてもよかったので、ホテルは改装されたばかりだと思いました。アメニティはすべて新しく、よく機能しています。

We booked superior king room but when check in was told that only available for superior queen room. They also refund the RM10 for the price difference for these two room. Overall not bad.

The hotel was generally clean, which was a good start. However, after three people took a shower, the water pipe got clogged and there was a bit of flooding in the bathroom, which felt a little gross. There were also some stains on the bed sheets—not ideal, but still acceptable considering the price of the hotel. The room had a slight unpleasant smell, but it was bearable. Overall, the stay was just okay. It’s the kind of experience you’d expect for the amount you pay—fair enough.

Overall nice experience, had some issue with water seepage in the toilet which was sorted on the 2nd day.
