Had my most Ridiculous stay at Renaissance ever. We always stay in their suite but we haven’t been back since pandemic…. Checked in & saw a note with 2 lil jars of cookies we thought it’s the hotel welcoming us back to stay after so long. But who knows it’s actually meant for someone else & da jars are opened with some cookies missing.!? We told the front office abt it & they claimed it’s because they swapped the rooms?! But then when I told them that the jars were not sealed they were opened! Then they changed by saying the guest had alrdy checked out this morning!?! So did the housekeeping even clean up our suite room properly??? I doubt so. On the other hand, when I chance upon their front office manager, Evan, who was supposed to email me, but failed to do so. I told him I was waiting for his email & his attitude was totally non chalant. He just pretended to look thru my booking for awhile & then DID NOT give us any answer…. I mean no wonder the whole front office team is lead astray. Totally not the Marriott standard at all!
