We had a great stay with Bishnu and his family and they really made our holiday amazing. Bishnu organised a 6 day trek for us and decided to join which was fun and gave us a great insight into Nepali culture. We then stayed at Bishnu homestay which is in a great, quiet location and has a lovely homely atmosphere. The bedroom was very nice and the terrace was a great place to relax and play pool. Bishnu also helped us plan kayaking and rafting whilst we were there. We would really recommend staying here to get the most out of visiting Pokhara!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay at Bishnu Homestay. Bishnu and his family are so caring and helped us out whenever they could. The breakfast was delicious, always fresh and we even had the chance to try some of the fresh fruits in their garden. Our room and bathroom were super clean and we had the most amazing hot shower. The view from the terrace is wonderful - you can see the rice fields, Phewa Lake and the mountains. We even took a swim in the little river passing by the house. We can highly recommend staying here!

I stayed with Bishnu and family for 3 months. It was a wonderful experience. I learnt lots about Nepali culture. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms was of a good size and they provided a small kitchen. There is a communal terrace area you can relax or work in with a lake view. The house is located in a peaceful area which is a shirt walk to the main hustle and bustle of lakeside. I would recommend for anyone looking for a long or short stay.

We booked our accommodation at Bishnu's for only 2 days. We where welcomed with open arms and cared for by Bishnu and his wife. I was a bit sick at the time and they immediately helped me and I felt a lot better the same day! After our 2 days we extended our stay for another week. With no problem. We could also borrow his scooter to go to town or he booked us a taxi. He recommend us the best places and we had so much fun in Pokhara because of Bishnu. He makes you part of the family and it was like coming home. We loved it!

The bishnu homestay provides much more than i expected.I have never seen such a amazing hospitality, clean rooms and wonderful location all at a same place. It was quite and peaceful and you can see great view of fewa lake from the room.

It's a very peaceful place as well as being close to the main lakeside area and as two female travellers we felt very safe there. We were also lucky enough to have Bishnu and his brother Balaram escort us on a 4 day hike which we absolutely loved! I couldn't recommend them enough, we hope to be back one day soon.

I had a wonderful experience at Bishnu homestay. It was above expectation with exellent service, Nice and clean room , comfortable bed and bathroom also very friendly staff .. The hotel was located nearby Fewa lake.Thank you so much Bishnu ..

The only sad thing about Bishnu home stay is after a 10 week sabbatical it has to come to a end ! I arrived the end of November 2023 and have a delicious dinner and breakfast all of those days ! Bishnu and Laxmi are both truly wonderful humans and have a genuine love for us clients ! I was spoilt with a huge array of ingredients that were new to me ! My top three veg curries were pea and potato and cauliflower and there eldest sons cabbage ! Saag should be nepals prime minister ! Without a doubt my favorite breakfast was the local buckwheat and millet pancake with tomato chutney ! There cannot do enough for you and give you all the help and the home is in a superb quiet village a short stroll from lakeside with its array of culinary and shopping attractions ! The family is so interesting to chat with ! Two young sons in education and a true credit to Mr B and the Banker !
