The hotel located a short distance from the main street of the Lakeside district offers convenient stay close to the heart of the town and tourist life of Pokhara. The hotel is good in its class. The reception staff are very helpful, professional and competent. The hotel offers services of guided tours, rental of cars and assistance to travelers in ticketing and booking. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is included but the breakfast choice is rather limited and despite the fact that a large proportion of the guests are Europeans the breakfast offered is suitable for Asian tastes with very little for other tastes. Generally the hotel met our expectations.

Loved staying here. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious, two large and very comfortable beds and air conditioning. We had a small balcony and were lucky enough (given it is monsoon season) to see the mountains from it. The restaurant breakfast is fine, and we are dinner twice which was very good. Location is excellent, close to the main road in Lakeside area, but down a quiet side street. The staff are very pleasant, always attentive and helpful, checking we had everything we needed and were happy. I would definitely recommend staying here and would go back if we return to Nepal.

Nice place to stay . Rooms are comfy and clean. management is very friendly and customer service is amazingly good. Families and kids friendly environment. Swimming pool is clean. Really enjoyed staying here with family.

Everything was great

Hotel Iceland is by far the best hotel I have been to in Pokhara. The humble restaurant downstairs serves brilliant food and the rooms are of great quality. The only problem I had with the restaurant was that there were too many flies swarming my own and my family's food. Even though this problem is bad, I think Hotel Iceland is great. The one thing though is that the swimming pool is outside and it rains and is cold often so you probably will not be able to go swimming. Do not go here if you want to go swimming, but you can still come if you want to take the risk.

This place is located just 2 minutes inside from the main road. There's a swimming pool and spa facility available. Rooms were clean and spacious with all the basic amenities fulfilled. You get pool view and mountain view rooms. There's an elevator too. The breakfast was good with a lot of food options. Highly recommend this place
