Location favolosa, ottima struttura con personale gentilissimo. La reception e il bar lasciano un po' a desiderare, personale professionalmente non all'altezza.

Struttura fantastica. Perfettamente incastonata nella natura. Ascensore diretto sulla spiaggia. Simile ad un villaggio per alcuni aspetti ma di lusso. Molte zone relax molte attività sportive. O ricreative. I tramonti e le albe sono uniche. Da provare.

Comodidades e localização interessante, junta praia a um conjunto de restaurantes e serviços que permitem umas excelentes férias de resort. Preço qualidade adequado. Atendimento no bar da piscina muito lento apesar da existência de várias pessoas a atender. Poucas opções de almoço.

The hotel and ground’s are lovely, amazing views and big complex to walk around and explore, staff are very attentive and cleanliness is great!! However I am extremely disappointed with the ‘all inclusive’ staff refuse to fill water bottles up and tell you that they can’t due to the ‘ tap water not being good, so we should buy bottled water instead’ the cocktails they offer on the menu the staff cannot make and service is terrible, long wait times and massive queues. At meal times you are only allowed water, sparkling or still. There is a wine tap but waiters cover this up halfway through dinner service so you can no longer use it. Food is nice but personally we won’t be coming back.

Mangia's Pollina Resort Sicily.....the previous reviews are all so very true, one of our worst holidays. Reception staff unhelpful when we arrived, one of their main jobs should welcome people to familiarise with what is available at the resort. The main restaurant was the only one open, no sports facilities,open air swimming pool too cold. no one ever swimming, no transport available to local places no local bus service, the resort is too remote, a long way from anywhere. Hotel taxi service very expensive, used a cheaper taxi from the nearest village. It is very advisable for travel agents not to sell holidays in April to Mangia's Pollina. The resort does not properly open until May. When we arrived more people working in the gardens and resort than guests, one evening three sets of guests eating in the restaurant. The food is never hot just warm at all the meals.....Would we use another Mangia's resort....never

I had the most incredible time during my trip to Sicily. The resort ticked every box and staff were amazing. They were always on standby to offer guidance on where to explore, places to eat and less touristy hidden gems (which is definitely my bag), they had exceptional knowledge of the island and what it has to offer.

False advertising. We paid full price to visit this hotel and when we arrived all the restaurants and bars were closed and there was a huge shortage of staff which meant service was terrible. Even when we arrived, reception boasted about the range of wonderful restaurants and bars available but a couple hours later we realised this was a lie. All that was available for lunch was the pool bar that offered terrible paninis and two salads that were completely inedible. We had to eat pizza for all three of our nights there as there was nothing else available. The staff were so stressed that it took 30 minutes to even get a menu - and when we went to order they told us they'd run out of most the food and drink. I've tried to get in contact with Mangia's Pollina for a while for a refund and have had no response. They shouldn't be able to charge full price but privide a limited service.
