Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted. The place looks great. Once inside we could see the amenities the hotel has. It is a good place to stay. The hotel is very clean all around. The rooms are great. It was a pleasant stay and the staff are very polite and friendly. The buffet is great and the restuarant staff are very professional. Worth the stay and a memorable one. Recommend others to put up at this hotel.

The hotel has extremely friendly staff with a positive attitude which is very refreshing to experience. Access to the beach is easy and quick. There are decent shopping and food options just outside the hotel. The gym is well maintained with new equipment.

The treatment at Tattwa spa was absolutely great. Ancy the therapist knew the right pressure points and was good. Will definitely recommend a visit after a tiring day. Nupa the ***ager was very professional. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended.

Особенно хочу отметить Вайшали, с которой активно взаимодействовали: внимательна, заботлива. Весь персонал отеля оставил хорошие впечатления. Отель рекомендую.

The team was perfect, room perfect, But was a lot of noise coming from the roof all the day and night , even when I complained on 1:00ap it not stop. It impossible to slip in this hotel because of the noise . Good points for the hotel is the service of the team , the rooms and the clean

Wonderful place , the facilities are excellent . The staff are extremely helpful and courteous . We will definitely visit again in Dec 24 with few family members and friends. The pool is maintained well and always clean. Room service is prompt. 2 staff namely Rohit and Khushi have been very accommodating . Anthony Mendes
