We wound up cancelling our reservation when we got to the hotel. They are obviously cleaning up a significant mold problem and should not be renting rooms during this time period. The ladies behind the counter were very understanding and processed the refund right away. That was the only redeeming factor for our experience.

AIUTOOO STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO MOTEL, dire che è pessimo è un complimento, mai visto in vita mia un posto peggiore, camera sporchissima, gabinetto nemmeno pulito con urina chissà lì da quanto tempo, doccia uno schifo solo il pensiero di doverci entrate.. letto con materasso ( che si vedeva) NERO. Piano superiore con scritto pericolo crollo e sembrava che da un momento all’altro crollasse tutto. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo dormito vestiti con cappuccio sulla testa per evitare ogni cosa strana. P.s: siamo due persone che si adeguano praticamente a tutto! Ma qua è stato impossibile, menomale che abbiamo passato solo una notte. SCAPPATE

Dirty room and bathrooms broken fixtures no blankets no garbage bins in room wires hanging out wall remote control no working vending machine taking mo ey without refund dirty pool druggie walking around knocking on people door in middle of night.

This place needs to close down, furniture broken bathroom dirty curtains ripped roaches crawling around the area where you going to brush your teeth towels dirty and torn linen sheets old it was horrible

Staying here was worse than I thought pictures did not match what we were getting in real life place was so dirty and the smell was horrible and A/C was not working. Best pay and extra $20 -$30 for a cleaner place cause this property was the worst I have been too in a while. There was also black foot prints and paw prints on the top sheets I’m telling you worst place ever visited.

Room was only reluctantly accepted given the time of night. Offer of alternate room was too little and no promise of acceptable quality. While the room smelled of strong bleach and gave assurance of being cleaned, smell was so bad as to disrupt sleep. Paint chips on the floor and peeling paint on bathroom door. TV reception did no work and requests to fix were left half complete and unsuccessful. Promise of free internet were not met ... Online offer for internet at $5 was not matched with internet access. Promise of refrigerator and microwave in the rooms was met by Clerk claiming they tried to take it off the *********** listing. Ice machines in lobby were not working. Offer of free morning coffee in the lobby was not met. Offer of laundry capability was met with "out if order" sign. Wyndham should be shocked, appalled, and embarrassed to have such a property in their chain.

My room reeked of bleach! There were families staying by nearby and they were very loud and smoking cigarettes which wafted into my room. They were do not cross signs over some of the rooms. The Internet did not work well
