Unpleasant staff in Breakfast area. Micro managed food. Parking is terrible. Front desk staff looked as if they just came from a slumber party, t-shirts and very wrinkled clothing. Why are bar hours not user friendly, why wait till 3pm on a beautiful day in a beautiful place on the roof with a fantastic view to share cocktails. Had to take my money across the street. Not adequate furniture, need 2 chairs, not one. Prefer a dresser when extended stay involved. Unload my suitcase on a dormitory type shelf, terrible idea. And the hanging area is located above the serving area. Are you kidding, almost knocked my drink over or worse clothing dipping into the ice bucket. In room 511, we heard noise like moving furniture overhead on roof area almost every day. The ENTIRE staff needs a course on basic customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED. expected more from a Hilton property.

Hotel very clean. Pool was very cold. Front desk staff very friendly. Those working breakfast very rude and not helpful. Would stay again.

******* gave us a wheelchair room, awful TRU HILTON in a minimal hotel...no chairs in room, nit enough towels...not good

This place is due for an update Blinds broken dirty room And poorly marked parking cost me extra

Biggest issue was the key system. Had to go to desk to reactivate 3 times. Also had an issue with the key that is used for exiting. Had to pay with credit card and hopefully they submitted the credit properly. Other than that the hotel is well situated.

Hotel is perfect everything was clean and they were cleaning rooms every day. Also breakfast was good served and staff was very friendly

It is wonderful except for the fact that I have to pay extra for parking in a garage as there is no parking at the facility, and I was not told about it prior, staff helpful otherwise The location and surrounding area is spectacular.

I had a perfectly nice stay at this location. While the hotel is very nice, the staff is the prize. Every staff member was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hope management gives them a bonus or a raise because hotels would be nothing without a competent staff. My only issue was not being aware of the parking situation. Having prior knowledge would have been preferred. There is an adjacent parking garage. However, you must go inside and get a pass to put on your dashboard before you can park there overnight. Now that I know this, it will make checking in even easier in the future.

I was very upset that when we arrived they would not let us check in because they did not receive payment from you .. this delayed us by 20 minutes and we need to get ready for a wedding I feel we should receive a credit of some kind
