Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast variety, walking distance to the city and ruins (though not right in the center of town, maybe 10-15 minutes walk), comfy beds, elevator if needed. The rooms do seem to echo a bit and the street got a bit noisy at times… overall it wasn’t awful. Competitive price makes this recommended.

I've just returned from my trip to Pompei and I stayed at Hotel Pompei Be Green during my visit. I think it was a very functional hotel. It is not ideally located. It is about 15-18 minutes walk from the ruins and taxis are hard to find. The internet was patchy at best. The rooms were alright - they were a decent size and we found that it was quite difficult to get meaningful information from the reception. Everything felt a bit underwhelming. We had breakfast at the hotel and found mold on one of the pastries there and decided to not eat further. All in all, I wouldn't be singing praises of this hotel and probably wouldn't stay here again. A little focus on making customer experiences memorable could go a long way here.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast service was first rate. Within walking distance to Pompei ruins and many excellent dining and shopping opportunities. The rooms are very clean and air conditioned. A little difficult to find on a side street but this is a plus as it is in a quiet neighborhood but just a few hundred feet from the main drag.

Tucked away down a quiet street but a two minute walk from all the action.

Very disappointed to be given an economy room when we paid for higher spec. Night 1 - shower didn’t work, walls were covered in Damp. Got moved to a better room, appeared ok then aircon didn’t work, had to sleep with open windows, being in the city the noise is very loud and stayed that way until really late, also having to have the window open for any air, also allowed us to get bitten loads by mosquitoes, when the aircon got fixed the hot water then didn’t work for final two days. Not to mention the rude 4.30am awakening by the fire alarm and bright emergency lighting in the room! Very disappointed with it all.

The hotel and hotel room was large, spacious and clean. Close to the town centre so walking to shops and restaurants was easy. Also close to the pompei archiological site. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. A great stay!

I just booked this hotel, and immediately realized I booked a wrong date and I want to correct to be one day earlier. The ******* agent immediately call the hotel to refund and change, but the hotel refused to refund me. They force me to pay much higher if I want to change the date. It’s a daily light robbery! This hotel is extremely inflexible and doesn’t consider customer. This is horrible customer service. I will never ever use this hotel again.

PAS OP: BEDWANTSEN BEWARE: BED BUGS! Mooi hotel, kamers zijn in nette staat, lekker ontbijt. Daar is ook alles mee gezegd want de bedwantsen lopen in alle kamers over de bedden. In de eerste kamer die we kregen bedwantsen ontdekt, we hebben dit aangegeven bij de receptie. Pas nadat we zeiden dat we weg zouden gaan kregen we een andere kamer aangeboden. Dat was prima, echter was er alleen een slaapbank en een tweepersoonsbed. Dus ze hebben ons verplaatst naar een andere kamer waar wel een derde bed was. Helaas liepen de bedwantsen weer over het bed, kregen we weer een andere kamer maar ook daar zaten ze. Hierna waren we er klaar mee en hebben we zelf een ander hotel geboekt en zijn we vertrokken. Uitchecken heeft een half uur geduurd omdat de receptionist geen engels kan. Geprobeerd om een deel van mijn geld terug te krijgen via ******* maar het hotel wil hier niet aan meewerken. Met klem afgeraden dus om hier te boeken, of je moet zin hebben in meeliftende bedwantsen die je vervolgens je huis nooit meer uitkrijgt (!) want het leek niet of het personeel er wat aan gaat doen.
