Helpful&friendly staff Clean room with modern facilities Close to attractions

Ate dinner here, a menu with starter, dinner, dessert and a drink. I ordered lactose and glutenfree menu, two days ahead of time. Starter: grilled vegetables, main course: grilled chicken breast, dessert: some fruit, sloppily and lazily cut (ananas bits still had a lot of the outside bit attached). My friend had bruschetta, he described it as hard as a rock. Pizza diavolo was 2/5, dessert was chocolate ice-cream that obviously had melted in the bowl and was refrozen.

Excellent location and room. But, gutter smell in bathroom was nauseating. Mold in bathroom. Also the AC did not work. Room remained hot. Had room changed next day. Here too AC fan did not work. Small things but should be corrected ASAP.

Picking a place to stay near a famous site is tricky. Maps are not always good in helping to determine actual distance. This hotel is a quarter of a block from the train that arrives from Naples. Add another quarter of a block and you are at the entrance to the Pompeii ruins. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am so pleased I chose this place to stay.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast and espresso were wonderful. You are literally at the entrance to Pompeii. The train station is across the street. I have nothing negative to say! We were very happy!

We stayed in the hotel next to the campsite, nice clean rooms with efficient friendly cleaners. However the breakfast was terrible, the staff were too occupied on their phones to replenish the left over crumbs, seriously there was 1 small piece of salami and 2 dried up cheese slices on offer, the empty fruit juice jugs needed a good wash out. When we complained one of the staff shrugged his shoulders and went back on his phone. We didn't even bother going for breakfast the next morning. The staff need to be told who pays their wages, they should be respectful and efficient like the cleaners were.

Easy, fast train ride from the Naples Central Station. Took the train from Rome, and the local train to the Pompei Scavi Station, which is across the street from the hotel. The Pompei ruins are maybe 200 meters from there, maybe closer.

Excellent location for walking to Pompei Ruins. Nice walk to downtown area & train station.
