Excelente ubicación en plena Plaza de las Delicias de Ponce. Ruido de construcción desde bien por la mañana.

Everything was good except for the noise from the garage parking right next to the hotel rooms. Since the ****** was open 24 hours, there was constant noise from the parking garage.

In general, a cozy place. Clean. You have several occasions for breakfast and meals where you can walk. The staff is very friendly. I have only one complaint and that is that at night the guests arrive late from the street and they hear each other. Clarification not in all rooms. One of my favorite places.

Alot of misinformation about buying with ******* and not directly with them. Customer service / front desk was rude.

I love this hotel for its location. But although I've stayed there a few times, this was the first time I was completely disappointed with that fact. They need to better soundproof their hotel rooms. The noise from outside didn't let me sleep the first night. Another factor was that on New Year's Eve, Lola, being the only restaurant the hotel offers for dining for guests, closed earlier, without taking into account that no other place in the Plaza area was opened, because of the same reason they probably were.

What is not to like about the hotel? Great location, close to everything with a restaurant, bar and coffee shop! The staff was great, room was great! It was a little noisy BUT that goes with the location, which was amazing so we didn't mind! Parking was great to have available!

Lovely hotel, very clean and safe. Great amenities, on centric part of town, close to restaurants and bars.

I only stayed here for two nights, and it was over the weekend. What I will say that is good about the property is this: good location, well mantained, convenient for food at either of the two restaurants on site, and very staff; the staff was always very helpful and friendly. What I will say that I disliked about the property is this: the pool closes at 6pm, which is too early, in my opinion, and I was told that is due to the location of one the restaurants. The other dislike is the noise outside until 2-3am; please keep in mind that I was there on the weekend, and it may not be as bad during the week. I should add that the parking garage is secured and on site, which is very convenient. There are also many food options within 2-5 minutes from the property, and King's Cream is across the town square for some delicious ice cream.
