ベイモント バイ ウィンダム プーラー / サバンナ(Baymont by Wyndham Pooler/Savannah)

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was disgusting, it smelled terrible almost like a musty moldy smell. There were busted bulbs and missing bulbs in lamps, USB ports were damaged and not working, refrigerator was full of mold spots throughout, one sprinkler was missing, toilet was not working. My family and I were traveling and made this last minute reservation. I was exhausted and had been driving forever. I did not discover the toilet wasn’t working til around midnight. The front desk employee was very rude and unwilling to help. I proceeded to request a refund and was spoken to very rudely and told no. I argued then was told to call the manager the next morning. After arguing and arguing I got nowhere. I contacted the manager who told absolutely no refunds. I am in the process of making other calls.

The front desk clerk was friendly at check-in but the room was deplorable. The pillows were so old the filling was nothing but lumps, there were greasy hand prints on the head board, stains everywhere including on the window shade. The sink was cracked and the towels and facecloths were so filthy one was hesitant to use them.

The room was clean and the woman who checked us in was very helpful. The only issues worth talking about was the mattress was not very comfortable. My back was pretty stiff in the morning.

We won't come back for sure. There were cockroaches in the room, smelly common areas, poor dining areas etc.

Older but decent property. Appears clean. Busy enough area to feel safe but not sure I would if a single female

The clerk Ms. Brandy was such a wonderful touch to Baymont. She made check-in simple and quick. The room was cozy and clean. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calm. Breakfast was spot on and fresh as well. My fiancé and I have decided to make Baymont in Pooler, our getaway spot. Not far from Tanger Outlets(6 mins) and great food spots. Definitely recommend checking them out!

In fairness, this was the most inexpensive option to stay a night as we traveled to Florida. All the staff were very nice. But most of the guests were hard-core construction workers. I didn't really feel all that safe but I did not run into any problems.

Nice to be able to swim indoors. Fast check in. Affordable Bathroom fan don't work. Bad smell in common areas.

Staff were very accommodating. Property is dated. My room had less than adequate lighting, Seeing human hair on my pillow case was a turn off. Breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold choices. Overall, I probably won't stay here again.
