Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the pool did not look clean. Saw the staff removing the fallen leafs, but wasn' enough. The cabañas looked a bit worn out now, compared to two years ago. Beds were not too comfortable. The staff's attention was very good. Very good breakfast.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms weren’t ready upon arrival. We didn’t get our room until past 5:00 pm. Rooms and facilities could use a little more upkeep. There were areas in room that were dusty. Overall the beautiful and peaceful setting made it a great experience.

It's a nice place. But very efficient with the service. It took a long time to get help. Many employees around the bar who don't take responsibility for the business. I asked for help to get a sun lounger cleaned from bird poop. After 2 hours I took matters into my own hands. I got a jug of water and a cloth and cleaned it myself. Unfortunately I think there is a lack of systems to be able to handle their customers adequately. If you don't care about service and how long things take then there is no problem

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing overall. There was no WiFi available, which caused major inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, and barely any water came out of the tap, making it difficult to shower properly. We also encountered scorpions and spiders, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. In addition, the electricity was unstable and kept going on and off throughout our stay. The restaurant experience was equally poor. The service and food quality were very disappointing. It took over one hour to receive anything, and the staff showed no initiative at all. Most of the staff stood at the bar doing nothing while guests were waiting. The restaurant manager was never visible and seemed to stay inside his office instead of supervising or supporting the staff. There was one exception — a young woman, I believe her name was Daleni, who was efficient, professional, and hardworking. She appeared to be doing all the work on her own while the rest of the staff remained inactive. She deserves recognition for her efforts. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations for comfort, service, or safety. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Beautiful hotel, thoughfully decorated. Great cuisine and cocktails. Located at a beautiful, empty, sandy beach. We loved it. Please don’t expect a quick service like in the US, bring some time, relax, and enjoy this paradise. It’s totally worth it.

Great staff, beach was beautiful, food was very good, although expensive. Resort is secluded. Grounds are a bit run down, especially the driveway and parking. A lot of bugs, especially ants and mosquitoes, even in the rooms.

Blissful paradise. Loved every minute of our stay. Collected us from airport ($140) We stayed in Oregano villa which had a closed air conditioned bedroom. There was also a living room. Upstairs bedroom with sink and toilet. And outdoor bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Found outdoor showering a bit of a shock to start with: but soon learned to enjoy the experience and got acclimatised to the water temp. The building has openings to the outside so do bring bug spray. We kept them out of bedroom but the rest of the hut had a few. You’re right on the beach: huge gorgeous private beach which is perfect for long walks and surfing. Food was lovely. Generous portions and generous with the protein- just how we like it. We loved the salads, lobster and chicken skewers. Safe to drink tap water as well which is great. Brown and Jose spoke wonderful English and looked after us so well on our trip. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and couldn’t have made it more special. They all went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. They even set up a special dinner for us one night under fairy lights which was wonderful. Comfy sunbeds perfect for snoozing. Loved being there. Left rested and relaxed. Couldn’t be more chilled. Felt like going back to basics. In the most wonderful way. Wifi in the main area and pool (good enough we watched Netflix in the evenings) but no WiFi in the rooms. Hope to go back again

A magnificent place where privacy is total and calm is the order of the day. Punta Teonoste has its own cove, making it completely private. Once there, you forget everything. The bungalows are magnificent and offer absolute privacy. The communal area, with its spectacular architecture, is the place to spend the day and enjoy the delicious dishes of the chef who does an excellent job (I tried - among others - the fried red mullet from the catch of the day, fish and seafood with Thai curry sauce, fish carpacho, homemade ice creams..) and whose cooking is a masterpiece. Everything is done in a fluid, relaxed, family atmosphere.
