コスタ オエステ(Costa Oeste)

We had a wonderful time at Costa Oeste! We were a family of four with two small children, and we were thrilled with our choice to stay at Costa Oeste. The layout of the property was perfect for entertaining kids all day and having plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the beach, the pool, our room, the bar, restaurant and games. The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt so well cared for the entire time. Definitely THE SPOT to stay in Popoyo!

The food at the restaurant was the best we had in the area. The free breakfast is amazing and huge!

Great staff, location and amenities. Everything was excellent from the food to the comfy beds, true oasis:) Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, very flavorful. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!

My partner and I had a very good experience at Hotel Costa Oeste. The staff were incredible, the grounds are kept really nicely, food was delicious and fresh, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is off the beaten path but well worth the travel time! We loved Snowball, and Marley, the resident kitties and the sweet goat family who visited from across the road.

The workers, the vibe, the food and the service was amazing. I went with two kids and they helped me arrange a safe ride and tour guide that helped us see all the sights. 10 out of 10.

We had the best time at Costa Oeste! Mastin the owner was really welcoming and super helpful during the entire time of our stay. The entire staff has been really lovely. It’s a great place to spend a few days if you want to enjoy a nice sea front view, a pool, and some delicious cocktails. The food was great as well! The rooms are big and bright, very clean. The location is super convenient, it’s close to several restaurants, and a small supermarket. The hotel offers a couple of activities too if you’re not too sure about what to do in the area. (I had massage with Georgina, best one ever fyi.) If we’re back in Popoyo we will definitely go back to Costa Oeste. Thank you so much!

I really liked the super chill staff at Costa Oeste. This is a nice hotel in front of Playa Santana, with minimal amenities, comfortable bed, and the public area had a nice set of hammocks, pool area is clean and welcoming, enough parking spots behind the hotel, all good. the good: -I arrived 3 hours before check-in time, quite tired and with a splitting headache. They were kind enough to speed up room cleaning. I waited in the beach lounge area for 45 minutes and the room was ready for me, this was fantastic! -rooms with great ocean view -good room ventilation (even though there is no AC) -perfect location for those sunset shots the bad: -could be a fluke but nothing I ordered from the menu was available, and their own website menu doesn't match the real menu. Nevertheless, the chef managed to make a nice and tasty seafood dish the ugly: -nothing, all good and very recommendable!

Costa Oeste was great for a relaxing (quiet) getaway. The staff is wonderful. The food was delicious and the views are amazing! Some of the furniture could use an update but we were still comfortable. We highly recommend renting a 4WD vehicle as the roads leading to the property is completely unpaved and is in a very remote location. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying here.
