Ukino Palmeiras Village - 24h All Inclusive

Decepcionados con la falta de profesionalidad y de seguridad q hubo en el hotel. Sufrimos un caso de acoso grave, dimos parte al hotel y no quisieron ni llamar a la policía. Nos sentimos desprotegidos ya qie el acosador nos amenazó de muerte, y a todo esto el hotel no respondió. No hubo ni protección ni seguridad por su parte y para colmo asustados tuvimos q dejar el hotel antes de tiempo viendo la poca seguridad q nos prestaron. Un desastre en seguridad. Vamos a demandarlos.

The reviews for this hotel baffle me. We had an amazing stay! The hotel was great, spotless! Could not fault the cleanliness. Staff were fantastic, we arrived the day the electricity went out and they coped so well, allowed to charge phones behind reception as they had a generator, they boiled water for babies bottles. They moved the kids mini disco into reception as well so there was still entertainment for the children. The pools are perfect for young ones and adults. Three big slides, as my little boy was only 3 he could only go in the green one. They were very good with safety. The children’s slide splash pad pool was fab for the younger ones. Food was good, lots of choice. One thing that is an absolute must is Zoomarine, such value for money! Ensure you take cash with you as a lot of places did not accept card. Only one downside to our stay was the pools were absolutely freezing.

On arrival, our room was ready before 14:00 check in. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms have twin sinks, bath, shower toilet and bidet. Plenty of quality food choices to cater for everyone.

The hotel is lovely and exceptionally clean. The room was nice, comfy beds, twin sink in bathroom, powerful shower and good wardrobe/drawer space. As it was March we didn’t expect as much variety in the food as there was. Every evening there were at least 2 meat choices and 2 fish choices plus lovely salad, rice, fries, soup, pizza and a pasta dish. Breakfast had a great selection too. The 24hr snack bar offered options like burgers, toasties, cakes and sandwiches. The hotel was quiet but the lounge bar still had a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The entertainment staff were really friendly. The bar offered lots of drinks choice and the reception staff were helpful and thoughtful. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

We booked this holidays not knowing what to expect, however this holiday has been a amazing holidays ❤️. The food has been lovely and we have always found something to eat every day. Breakfast has been by far our favourite with the amazing runny eggs, bread, pancakes and don't forget them Portuguese tarts. They even have a snack bar that runs once the main restaurant shuts from 10pm-7am which is great if you feel a little bit peckish later on. You get a complimentary dinner at there again restaurants which was also amazing and service was excellent. Big mention to Jilo and Micheal in the restaurant, however all the team in the restaurant have been really friendly and welcoming, Always had a smile on there face and lovely conversation. The pools yes are cold however this is not for everyone and hasn't stopped us giving it a go. If you have children I can not recommend the kids club. My daughter would never leave us normally however the set up they have got is just amazing and really safe and secure. They run 10:30 am-12:30pm and 3 pm-5 pm followed by there disco for the kids at 9am big shout out to Catalina who really took Ferne under her wing and really made her feel special. Close by there is 2 lovely beaches which you can access some of the best sea shells I have ever seen. There's a supermarket not to far away if you want some snacks or more Portuguese tarts which a few restaurants if you fancy a change. Would recommend Ubers as they are a lot cheaper than the taxi service provided, however for some peace of mind some people may prefer this. To use a Uber to albufeire was €11 euros one way. Filipa she was lovely and a asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our family holidays amazing. We will definitely come back for sure.

The good : Rooms were clean Staff were good Food was good and you could always find something to eat . There was some free activities, aqua aerobics we found The space on the balcony was good Snack bar you could get drinks or limited snacks . The bad : Swimming pools were cold Couldn’t find where activities were ! Sometimes the dining room was chaos ‍♀️ The sunbeds were hard ! Really uncomfortable so you really didn’t want to lounge round pool There was no lifts to get down to main pool so was really hard if you had any disability ! The children’s area you paid 6 euros to go on each activity , which you would have thought they could have included ! I mean a bouncy castle ? There was I think 5 activities so each child would be 30 euros each night up there ! As each activity had a time limit !
