Lovely small hotel right on the beach and close to great bars and restaurants. Terrific staff and personalized service. Superb buffet breakfast with fresh locally sourced options. Smallish but very comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Found this lovely clean, modern hotel via *******. Recommend booking direct personally. Discount if you return. The staff were fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Spoke very good English and were pleased when we tried Spanish. Lovely breakfasts and meals. Free coffee and water 24/7 for hotel guests. If you book direct you may get free wine/beer also. Recycle bins on all floors Lovely pool, although too cold for us, this time of year, rather windy up there on the 5th floor. Beach front hotel. Right next to bars, restaurants, shops, cycle hire. Hotels caters for cyclists.

Very good adult only hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa. Good sized well maintained room with a small but very nice balcony and a great sea view. Good quality breakfasts and tea/coffee/water available 24/7. Very good bike storage facility with locks, pumps & washing machine etc provided. Superb customer service from all of the very friendly and helpful staff.

Great position with easy walk to centre and on a good beach front. Parking all around is easy. The hotel is bright and clean and very comfortable. Beach towels and umbrella are provided. Excellent breakfast and fantastic staff. We will return. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much: great location, very clean and quiet room with excellent beds/mattresses; all the stuff was very kind and friendly; excellent and plentiful breakfast with superb jam from a small manufactory in Mallorca!

Called in today am 11/10 for drink and potential stay. Not now if male waiter anything to go by. So miserable and rude not just us but others and even to colleague not boutique service by any stretch. Not a smile 😳. Hopefully rest are more congenial

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff, the room, the location, the view, the breakfast and the amenities were all perfect. We were also able to schedule massages for one of the days we were there. That was a bonus. They have a nice rooftop pool and lounge chairs for sunning, as well as having a beachfront. It was cold when we were there, so we did not swim, but it would be lovely in the warmer months. I would definitely suggest a beachfront room with balcony if you can get it.

Excellent customer service. The staff on check in couldn’t do enough for us, giving great recommendations. We also left behind a couple of items which they posted internationally free of charge. Definitely recommend to those visiting Pollenca

La Goletta was a very relaxing place to stay. The beach was so convenient just 25 yards away and the hire of a parasol and sunbeds at 15 euros a day was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Carlos on reception who answered a million questions and our breakfast waiter Enzo. Thoroughly recommend La Goletta to everyone and the lovely resort of Porto Pollensa.
