The resort have lots of interesting facilities. However, the room was super dirty. There were mosses on the floor, dead cockroaches , sand on the floor and bed and even leftover rubbish and tissues from the previous customer. As we are still in the Covid world now I doubt they do sanitize the room for new customers. We phoned the service crew 4 times for room cleaning, and they finally arrived after an hour, without any cleaning equipment! And then left again to pickup after. The deco and furnitures are also very outdated, need maintenance. As for the buffet breakfast, the food options was acceptable, thumbs up to the chef at the egg station! However, the service from the tall Indian woman at the front desk was so bad. Even though all the tables were occupied, she kept accepting new customers into the restaurant, we need to look for tables ourselves. There were also lots of flies.
