My bed with dust, cant slip at morning because of the sun light to the room no curtains, the washroom not in good condition. Not worth of money. Feel sad wen c unclean place n not peace of mind. Feel unworthy.

The worst and Horrible travel Experienced in Malaysia. I booked a water Chalet for 25-26 at Avillion Port Dickson. We arrived at 5 Pm , upon check in they give us unit no of Room 500 walked liked 5 minutes when we are Infront of the door I can't Open the door, went back to the counter carrying my Child they give the room no 822 upon reaching to the room I was surprised 🙀 the room was so dirty and was not been cleaned the Porter called the reception then they give the room no 621 we went to room but it was occupied...then room 619 and it was still occupied.. I was really devastated and s tired my 1.5 yr old child is already complaining for tiredness and hunger. I really want to shout but the it's not the porter's fault. It was already past 7pm the other porters sent us to room 921 my child was really hungry we went to the reception and complained the manager asked an apology for the inconveniences but I was really devastated, he said that we can check out by 3 pm. We went to the restaurant as my child was really hungry food came after 40 minutes. After eating it was already 9:45 pm we went back to the room to take a shower there was no towel in the room .... Call them and bring the towel after 30 minutes....Woke up by 10 am and went for breakfast then we walk to the seaside for 15 minutes, Sauna was closed so we won't back to the room. I really wanted to go to Vip lounge I was carrying my child and I was informed that children below 12 yrs old , luckily my child saw the peacock and rabbit that is the only thing made her happy. Checking out by 2:45 pm called the Porter to help us with our luggage nobody came untill 3:30 pm so we just decided to carry our things. Halfway near the lift one porter saw us and helped us carry our things. My experience was really devastating as I traveled with a child it was really an unforgettable Christmas.

The resort have lots of interesting facilities. However, the room was super dirty. There were mosses on the floor, dead cockroaches , sand on the floor and bed and even leftover rubbish and tissues from the previous customer. As we are still in the Covid world now I doubt they do sanitize the room for new customers. We phoned the service crew 4 times for room cleaning, and they finally arrived after an hour, without any cleaning equipment! And then left again to pickup after. The deco and furnitures are also very outdated, need maintenance. As for the buffet breakfast, the food options was acceptable, thumbs up to the chef at the egg station! However, the service from the tall Indian woman at the front desk was so bad. Even though all the tables were occupied, she kept accepting new customers into the restaurant, we need to look for tables ourselves. There were also lots of flies.

Improve the service especially in the restaurant. The services provided should be in line with ranked of this hotel. Overall- honestly the services could be improve if you train well uoir staff.

The room is very dusty, the bed is stained and the door lock is spoiled. However, the management sent the screw to fix these issues after I sent the complaint

The room not well make up, no face towel, no hand towel, the worst thing is the toilet bowl wad very smelly. Since the pendamic has been over the food served by room service should be back to normal hotel standard.

A bit disappointed over their breakfast as its pre-packed not buffet. If its because of covid maybe they could do rotation basis and prepare large outdoor areas for guest to dine in. Also I noticed they did not really checked if guest trully had their second dose. Just request us to fill up form which anyone can lies.

I am quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my stay. It used to be a beautiful resort to rest & relax. The room that I stayed wasn't clean properly. Both the bathroom & washroom are dirty, toilet paper and hair are all over the floor. The spare blanket was unfold properly and dirty. There are cigarette butts at our balcony.

Extremely dirty. Cockroach smell around the room and the sheets are not changed. Service are good
