ザ ビクトリア(The Victoria Apartments)

Apartment was nice with a garage. Located near some restaurants in a small town. On a side note, do ask trip.com to fwd any check in email from apartment to you. Had trouble checking in as trip.com did not forward the pre checkin email to us, and the intercom for the accomm on site kept hanging up after 10 seconds. Had to call them (via roaming) many times b4 we finally checked in.

It was disappointing stay at the Victoria Apartments, unfortunately. We did not receive, what we booked. What we got was a "shoe box" sized room - Very small. And for the price that was payed too was outrageous. We found upon arrival, that the toilet was not cleaned as there were still feace stains on the toilet bowl. The shower door didnt close/seal when used and water leaked out, flooding the bathroom floor. The kitchen bench had not been wiped clean as there were coffee spills on it still from the people prior. The blinds were all torn at the bottom. It was also a very noisy room as you could hear everything the people were doing up stairs above us in the 2 bedroom apartment (that we thought we were getting/booked). This included them talking and using the bathroom and them coming and going up the stairs.

Overpriced, bare bones, terrible process. Just a subpar experience on all fronts.

We have stayed here before but in a bigger apartment. The one bedroom is very tight with no washing facilities available onsite. Our first room wasn’t clean but the staff, very helpfully, moved us to another that was. They were more than obliging and very apologetic for our problems. We would stay there again but in the bigger one, as the complex is in a very handy spot.

Port Fairy is an awesome place to visit and the Victoria apartments are a great place to stay while in Pt Fairy!

Loved the top story, verandah & the living area table & beautiful leather couches, garage paking good & accessible. What let the apartment down was the dead blow flies on the window seals in bedroom/lounge room, multiple hair in the bathroom (not ours) behind the bin/door etc. They had 2 beautiful tan leather couch's in the loungeroom but all the pillow covers had multiple holes in them which was a bit tacky, but all in all had everthing we needed including washer/dryer lots of crockery/utensils & very comfortable settings & very central. Would still stay there again apart from the negatives suggested.

I stay in the Drill Cottage, one of the oldest buildings i think. The beds are old. There is always some noise from the bed whenever you move your body in the bed. The room is pretty clean. Kitchenware, washing machine, laundry dryer and the cleaning utensils, dish washer are in good condition. The area around is noisy as the cottage sits right in front of the road side

The space was amazing for our family of 4. Just beautifully put together, lots of space and very liveable. Thank you for having us! We'll be back :)

Loved everything about The Victoria Apartments. Close proximity to all the shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, very welcoming, friendly staff. Ticked all the boxes for a lovely getaway
