Average at best room we stayed in many hotels and would say this was Average the weather was poor so couldn't enjoy the pool on top but for the room was Average

挺不錯的，唯一的不足是按摩spa浴缸房在1樓，如果能在更高的樓層就更好了。另外按摩spa浴缸房的價格略高

以國人標準看，非常簡陋，以澳洲的標準看，也不咋滴。離海比較遠，底樓印度餐廳，一股咖喱味，酒店走廊一股黴味，可能太潮濕了。

回程路上停留一晚休息一夜的酒店, 屬於無功無過型吧。位置挺好就在碼頭邊上。孩子有點失望因為酒店照片上有户外Spa浴缸, 去了沒有。

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were undeniably nice and friendly, which was a great start. However, I did find myself a bit taken aback by a $200 pre-charge for potential damage to the room—a practice I haven’t encountered outside the USA. This might reflect the type of clientele the hotel usually attracts. After a luxurious week on the Gold Coast, where I enjoyed a beautiful apartment for $250 a night, this studio room felt like a letdown. The $250 price tag for a studio with no view and just a double bed seemed steep in comparison. Granted, I was only staying for one night, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth noting. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located close to eateries, shops, and other amenities, making it a practical choice if you’re planning to explore the area. The car park is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. The heated pool was a nice touch but was a tad on the cold side. Overall, while the location and service were good, the value for money didn’t quite meet expectations, especially when compared to the fantastic accommodations I enjoyed earlier in the week. If you’re in the area and need a place to stay overnight, it’s perfectly fine, but just be prepared for a basic experience at a premium price.

I rarely write a review but felt the need to help others avoid our experience. We booked (as we normally enjoy ) Mantra properties. We asked for a quiet high floor for very light sleepers. What we got was 2nd floor right on a very busy main road & over a roundabout. The hoons & rev heads made the traffic noise even worse after 10pm & continued til early hours. Then at 5.20 the street sweeper went up & down the street plus motorbikes & lots of traffic noise again . The apartments don’t have double glazing. It was a horrible & long, noisy night & we were glad to leave very early. Also the driveway entrance is so high your cars scrape on their undercarriage. We are mature people & the shower over the bath was hard to get in & out of & a slip danger to older people. Perhaps our fault for not asking if it was a separate shower but obviously the building is old. The apartment was clean & comfortable but nothing made up for the traffic noise. We hope our review will save others the same awful experience.

Good central self-contained accommodation with a balcony. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was also provided. Would happily stay again.

Handy location, parking able to accommodate most 4wd's. Studio room we were in was comfortable and functional. LG tv was clunky to stream, and wifi was pretty slow. No washing machine in the room, only a common use one on each floor which was always in use each of the dozen or so times we walked past it. Kitchen was good, although only having a bar fridge will restrict longer stays, food storage wise. Overall okay for short to medium duration stays

I came here with my sister arrived and the staff were welcoming and lovely, room appeared clean although it definitely wasn’t ‘seaview’ room we paid extra for… more like a water inlet on the side .. it was a bummer but we weren’t to fazed until…. Tv didn’t work Internet didn’t work Coffee machine didn’t work Food under couch cushions from previous stays We phoned reception after hours (possibly (7/8pm) and asked for the tv to be fixed - I was told to let the staff know in 5 min if it still wasn’t working.. however the male staff member arrived unannounced and just walked in - it was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here

Quality spacious exceptionally clean room.Friendly staff with a great roof top pool heated at 29degrees, the kids loved it, bonus fresh pool towels every day for our use. Sauna and quality gym and free security parking a bonus. Exactly what we loved.

Such a lovely hotel! The staff, the apartment, the rooftop and the location are all amazing! I found the staff went above and beyond for us during our stay and were happy to accommodate our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and very reasonable for the price. Within walking distance to most things in town, would highly recommended! Definitely family friendly :)
