シャンティリーズ オン ザ ベイ(Chantillys on the Bay)

部屋は平均的で、バルコニーのドアが壊れていて開けられませんでした。バヌアツでは夏場は虫が多く、網戸がなければ基本的に窓を開ける必要はありません。フロントの対応は平均的で、人がいないことも多く、用事がある場合は自分でフロントを探さなければなりません。全体として、経験は良くなく、価格に見合った価値がないと感じました。

シャンティリーズ オン ザ ベイでの初めての滞在でした。私たちはポートヴィラ行きの遅い飛行機に乗ったので、別の島に移動するまでに2泊したかったのです。私たちは滞在を満喫しました。空港からはわずか 10 ～ 15 分で、町の中心部へも徒歩圏内にあります。私たちは湾を見渡す小さなキッチン付きの素敵な部屋を持っていました。 Tilly'sでの朝食は素晴らしく、Banyan Beach Barでのイブニングドリンクとウォーターピザは最高でした。また泊まりたいと思います。私の唯一のマイナス点は、内壁の配管を隠すバスルームのドアが閉まらず、寝室の照明が非常に薄暗かったことです。

私たちは町を出る前にシャンティリーズで数晩過ごし、町に落ち着くことができました。リゾートは清潔で整頓されており、水の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。夕日は素晴らしいです。ポートビラのダウンタウンに近くて、遊歩道に沿って歩いて簡単に15分です。 強くお勧めします

Air conditioning!!! After 8 days of heat and fans, it was so nice to have air conditioning. I only stayed here for one night to catch an early morning flight so I didn't get to appreciate the full facilities. The entrance was nice, the dining area was great (including indoor and deck dining over the water. I even saw an eel from there during dinner. There was a pool. The tv played Foxtel sports (NRL, AFL that I saw for the homesick).

Toilet filthy stained. No shower rose on arrival had to ask for one. Door lock was normal lock not good and inside secure bar broken. Outside door to balcony didn't lock to latch. TV was snow and one channel no sound told couldn't be fixed yet tv in reception area perfect. They didn't give me code to lock box and it's manual with key so not a number you make up hence I didn't use it. Keys kept falling off key chain and if you loose you pay. I made up my own so wouldn't loose. Housekeeping did best they could in not so maintained hotel. Pool photo deceptive it sits actually very exposed to diners reception and other conference amenities. No one used it that I saw. I like to go in pool but due to being so exposed I elected not too. Hotel needs some maintenance. Location good walkable distance to town. View across bay is as photos.

This is a lovely hotel set in the harbour with amazing views. My room was well appointed and spacious and very clean- serviced daily. The restaurant has great food with a large menu. Staff are very friendly. If you want to go to Hideaway Island take a van- they are constantly on the road and the number plate has B on it We took a taxi one-way for 2500 vatu whereas the van only charge 200 vatu. The hotel is an easy walk to town

Credit Card Fraud. This August 2023 I traveled to Vanuatu to perform voluntary assistance to the dental/hospital in Port Villa. My patron booked and paid to stay at Chantill's via *******. On arrival, my credit card details was requested for any sundry charges, although there would be none as my patron was supporting my voluntary contribution to Vanuatu's health system. On departure my patron paid my sundry costs. My stay at Chantill's was pleasant, however irreversibly soured by their fraudulent behavior. On returning to Australia, I noted 2 addition nights accommodation charges totaling AU$460.55 applied to my credit card. After numerous communications between my patron, confirming the booking and stay had already been paid for. At this time Chantill's has not returned those total funds to my credit card. For me, this constitutes a form of International fraud or scam on behalf of Chantill's. With all the booking details and payments confirmed back to Chantill's, this can not be mistake or clerical error.

On return to Australia I found two additional days charges on my credit card even though it was prepaid through yourselves. My advice, do not give them your credit card details.
