Lovely place for a friends night away. Spa deal with evening meal was great value for money. Special shout out to Phil on the bar who looked after us. Rooms were spacious and the spa treatments were great. Staff were very nice and helpful. We will be back I am sure.

Rooms and restaurant in need of urgent refurbishment . Good service and very friendly staff . Food was good , but limited menu on offer - drinks very expensive. Excellent leisure facilities. Sadly , wouldn’t recommend in its current condition.

Stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always enjoyed my time here. Met a friend for lunch a few weeks ago. I agree with latest posts. This hotel desperately needs refurbishing. I cannot comment on the bedrooms, but the restaurant and especially the toilet in the restaurant (which was terrible) needs a refurb. Food and service were amazing, restaurant staff all provided exceptional service.

Room quite shabby, stained torn cushions. We booked a table for 4 in the evening, the menu was a bar menu not like the restaurant we had previously visited. We cut our stay short, and travelled to Port Talbot where we had a far better stay at the same price.

We booked a family birthday in the restaurant and with over 20+ family members attending, we expected at least one issue. However the entire Sunday lunch was fantastic. The food and ambience was amazing, but best of all were the restaurant/ bar staff. From the restaurant manager to the young waiters/waitresses, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank the staff enough. Best family lunch in years.

The menu provides a balanced selection of dishes, ranging from a comforting starter to a satisfying main course and a classic dessert. The creamy mushroom soup is likely rich and flavorful, setting a warm tone for the meal. The roast chicken with herb butter is a timeless favorite, and paired with roasted vegetables, it creates a hearty and fulfilling main course. Finally, the apple pie with vanilla ice cream offers a sweet and indulgent finish to the meal. Overall, it's a well-rounded Christmas menu that delivers deliciousness without overspending.

Very tired and neglected, has seen better days and in need of refurbishment and investment. Awkward configuration as guests in the furthest block need to battle the elements to get to the breakfast area which is at the far extreme of the complex. Found a bedside lamp out on check in and rips in one pillowcase and cushion. The TV was not working as expected. Public area carpets were dirty and in need of deep cleaning or renewal. Dinner was not memorable it took ages to get served and after a long wait for the food to arrive it was cold and quite dry. Cooked breakfast was strange in as much as a buffet was laid out but cordoned off so as a member of staff would need to serve you when they eventually appeared. Croissants were stale and dry. Some staff were obviously not enjoying their lot. Certainly not a holiday or family orientated Hotel, clientele were mainly contract workers during our stay.

We recently held my fathers 70 th birthday celebrations here . We couldn’t fault the Food ,service and attention to detail all of which were outstanding! Special thanks to Chloe , Cerys S , Sean and Ashley who really gave us first class service . Thanks to everyone at the towers for a wonderful stay .

This restaurant has never disappointed us! Both the quality of the meals and the welcoming and polite staff makes this place a joy to visit. The meals were well presented with a good choice on the menu. Although very busy mid-day, there was no pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
