View from the room is great and the room is fairly clean - for the price, if it’s not for the incident, I would not have anything to complain. The only downsides are the property is slightly dated and there is virtually no service in the evening. In the evening I arrived I was not told that there was no water during the day, and when I almost go into shower I realise the water were all muddy and the shower diverter is so old that it simply doesn’t work. I asked the receptionist about the water and I was then told I should just let the water flow (but he didn’t attempt to offer to come check it out or offer alternative room in the interim), and he told me he doesn’t know what to do with the diverter so I should just wait till next morning when his colleagues take over his shift from him.

The apartment had an excellent location with 2-3 min walk to the beach and to Deep Dish courts. We also had a lovely view of the sea. The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. In our 4 night stay we even got a cleaning done once which was a nice surprise as we didn't expect it. Both balconies were nice size. And great place to have a breakfast in the morning. The only major downside to the room was lack of washing machine.

It was literally an apartment and huge for the price definitely worth it and it was located in a great area

Excellent location with the sea view rooms having a balcony outside the living room and bedroom with an unobstructed view of an incredibly large sandy beach across the road. Location was excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby plus an old fort and a new marina. Each accommodation was well stocked with kitchen supplies but missing a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

We had city view with limited beach view from bedroom. The balcony wasn t a good place for a meal. Kitchen was clean. Limited housekeeping and change of towels for a 2 week period. Staff was helpful! Vacation was good!

Great location ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN… …PERFECT VIEW OF THE BEACH …. Nice location.. was perfect for walking up and down the boardwalk…

The hotel charged more than agreed upon with ******* at check in. We were advised there was no housekeeping for our 3 day stay. After 1 day we asked for more towels, as we were only given 3. We were told that they do not give towels for 3 day stay, so we had to use 3 towels for 3 people for 3 days. We were taking multiple showers per day because it was so hot. So disappointing. Also, the balcony door was broken causing a loud noise to come through as because it was t sealed properly and the wind was getting in. We had to use a blanket we had brought with us to dull the noise. The room was not clean. There was hair in the corners and vents falling off. Would not stay here again.

As I am gluten intolerant it can be challenging eating out, kitchen equipment is therefore important. The kitchen has very basic equipment. The decor is tired but clean. Very good attitude to sharing facilities with family who live locally. Good sized rooms and easy parking.
