Had an amazing couple of nights over bonfire weekend, room was very clean, very good size too, only criticism would be the size of the TV (not that we generally watch TV, and just find it easier to use our laptops for films, YouTube etc.)
Had an amazing meal in the restaurant while being able to see the various fireworks that were going off in the distance, not the cheapest meal we've ever had, however we did have a bottle of wine with our meal, it was one of the best meals we have ever had, so felt it was good value, and there's obviously a small tax for the gorgeous views.
Breakfast was included in the price and was also very well cooked too, there was a small choice of continental breakfast items too, but I'm always going to go for a cooked breakfast if there's a choice.
Overall I have no issues in recommending the heights, yes it's a little bit on the expensive side for a three star hotel, but as mentioned before, those views from the restaurant are simply beautiful and worth the price paid
