The staff was so wonderful absolutely adored them all room was great bed was comfortable the only thing that was bad the pool is not open But it’s time for renovation by far one of the best motel I’ve ever stayed at

The overall experience was great. The driers don't work and one of the elevators were down but being fixed

A great value for the money. Oversized rooms. Paid for standard room and get a suite. Close to the airport and several fast food options close by.

The location is great for stay and fly type of reservation. I parked my car for 7 days while on vacation and my car was well looked after in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and made you feel warm and welcomed. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and I appreciated the extra help with my 3 bags! 😊 The property is a bit outdated but I will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you!

Very clean and spacious room, staff was very friendly, close to the airport and they have a shuttle so it’s very convenient if you want to stay near the area.

This Shilo could use a face lift. Litter on rug in hallways, snags in room carpet, tiny metal piece sticks up at bathroom entrance to snag socks, broken tv (which we didn’t mind, but someone might). Attention to detail just isn’t there. Restaurant so cold that elders sat around a fire pit while younger couples braved the cool temperature with coats on. Slow service unavoidable with bar tender running cash register, waiting tables, plus tending bar, poor guy, pleasant, but tough for him.m Shuttle operators all smiles with excellent service to airport at 5 am, good for him.

Before visiting I asked several questions, and they were replied back to me friendly, so it was impressived. The room was large and even had sofa, microwaive, and multiple sinks, however facilities were a bit old. Bathroom was clean, but the room was not properly cleaned up(even found trash on the carpet floor) and it smelled strange. The hotel offered a shuttle service, so if you're planning a short stay before departure from PDX, then it could be a good option.

everything was great except the bartender was working alone and had trouble keeping up with things.

As always our stay was nice, had to wait until 530pm due to shortage of help, but it was worth waiting for! Comfort is the main attraction!

This Shilo Inn was less than I had experienced at other properites. The facility is old and in need of an upgrade. Room took me back to 1980 when I used to travel for work and stay at this local hotel chain. I'll think twice about booking with this chain again.

The TV in our room didn't work, there was only one pillow and one set of towels for 2 people. The night employee was friendly and the driver for the airport shuttle was great, even at 4 am. The room itself was large and clean but furniture was shabby and the hotel rooms need updated.

I chose this hotel because of the pool and the restaurant for breakfast. Neither were available with no warning. We also had a late check in time. The room is very damaged in places, like the lights in the bathroom. Will never visit here again.

No rubbish can in room, did not receive Wi-Fi password when checking in, coffee maker missing holder for coffee pod and shower knob was very loose making it difficult to adjust hot water. On the plus side, room was clean and spacious.
